Dirty house and not updated enough. Mold in showers, stained towels, dirty dishes, old toilets. Fan couldn’t be used because it was dangerous when running, a blade fell on us when we tried to use it. Lights were out…in general the house is not kept in good condition at all. Carpet is stained and disgusting.

Family vacation

We did enjoy our stay with one major problem. Management company didn’t take care of the problems we had. Asked for pool to be heated, charged my credit card, and never heated the pool. Still waiting for credit. No power in one bedroom. They said electrician never showed up. Very unhappy about lack of “personal “ communications.

1990’s bare minimum

The good first: someone left one roll of paper towels, one laundry pod, and one garbage bag (helpful to get through the first day)The mattresses were fine (but not great).There are plenty towels.The towel racks by the pool are very useful. Having multiple seating/dining tables, each in a possible dining space is very nice.Twin beds in 2 rooms a queen, and a king is a great arrangement.Dove sets of soap and shampoo/conditioneradditional shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the showerThe main bathroom has a vanity floor matThe not so good:Met in the garage with large bags of a previous someone’s trash.Met by garage roaches, which flew off the wall and landed on my dress. (Not a good first impression. Nor the welcome I prefer)Roaches in the main bathroom cabinet and drawers (crawling on my kid’s toothbrushes)multiple Dead frogs and bugs in the algae covered pool (sides and bottom)The master ensuite bath needs a towel holder within reach of a person exiting the shower. There were no door mats inside. There were no vanity/sink floor mats in the ensuite master bath. There is no use of the pantry cabinet. There is no vegetable peelerThere is no ice in the freezer/ice makerThe cooking dishes are too few & too small, to cook for the amount of ppl which the house sleepsThe pots and pans are old T-fal, etc (dangerous/unhealthy for cooking) There is no way to seer meat or cook a steakAll the house noise funnels towards the master bedroom (no hall carpets, etc)

Fort Myers Seaglass Vacasa Property

Furniture is old and could use update. Pictures of property are at least 10 years old. Very poor response from local management company Vacasa. Internet was not working and it took 3 days before got any attention and a temporary fix. Xfinity the internet supplier took 7 days to arrive and left with both internet and cable out. His diagnosis on a Friday afternoon was wire outside needed to be replaced. However, I believe it is the old modem and router. I with a friend was able to get both working by starting and restarting the system numerous times. Frustration is the management company never followed up and we had a three week reservation. There are other items that require repair which I mentioned in my first texts (example low pressure master shower head and pool filter). The owner we were told is in England so must rely on Vacasa. It is a great location but not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend without updating.

Wedding stay

The property is very spacious and in a great neighborhood and location. The property manager was responsive to our issue with the internet connection. However. This house could use a lot of TLC. The carpet it very dirty and should be replaced. The pool area needs to be power washed and the outdoor furniture should be replaced. The light and tan outside were broken. The bushes in the front should be removed so you can get in and out of your car when it is in the driveway. There was metal framing around the tree in the front that everyone e kept tripping on. This could be a great house if the property owners would put some care into it.

Very spacious home! We had a terrific vacation!

Great neighborhood - convenient to dining and shopping. Very spacious home that felt even larger than it appeared online. The kids loved the pool and were impressed with how it lit up different colors at night! We had the pool heated and it was amazing! Our only complaint was the master bath had some issues (shower is in need of re-grouting and had a lot of mold). Despite this we would still definitely rent again and look forward to coming back. It was a very welcoming vacation home! Our first VRBO experience exceeded our expectations!

Responsive management and convenient location

Excellent management. Few problems were very quickly resolved. House was very clean and we especially enjoyed the heated pool and back yard bird watching.

Beautiful house

Clean beautiful property. Well stocked with dishes and towels. Perfect location to all of Fort Myers. Tv was hard to use but did not watch much TV. Only negative I would say is I think that the heating of pool should be included in price of house.

Clean, comfortable, great location

Location, comfort. Was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Had some trouble with cable TV but didn’t watch much Tv. Pool was clean but for price of house heat should not be extra. Overall loved this house and location. Would definitely book again.

We loved the house, because it's big and clean. But something it's old and worn out (the bathrooms ! And the chairs on the partio). And in the kitchen we'd missing a big pot to cook. All others was okay !!! We like to come back again !!!

HOA think they are above the law!

I was there on business and HOA was terrible. I own a business so therefore my pick up trucks have lettering on them. They were threatening to tow and telling me I can not park in the HOA overnight.. Long story short, it’s in their by laws but not the contract through VBRO.. House can stand a serious cleaning.

Excellent base to explore the area

This was our first visit to this part of Florida, and the location of this property allowed for easy access in all directions. The master bed was very comfortable and with the quiet neighborhood we slept very well. The view across the pool into the retention pond allowed for watching all sorts of bird life.
