I really enjoyed my stay here. I didn’t use the place much but the bed was comfy and it was clean and close to all my meetings. Thank you for your hospitality!

Terrible experience 1 - Never received instructions to check-in. 2 - the building does not allow for short term rentals and my electronic assess key was canceled during my staying by the building administrator. 3 - I could get into the apparent tanks to support and kindness from the front desk personnel during all my staying 4 - never got any feedback from the landlord/administrator despite my numerous attempts. 5- The contact phone number left by landlord/administrator is fake. All contract attempts done by email and Expedia app msgs, , Expedia should do much better job on landlord scrutiny 6 - there is a very visible sing in the front of the building informing that short term rentals are forbidden, Expedia should do much better job on building scrutiny. Great stay for a couple. Stayed for 2 nights and the distance to the Stampede grounds is hard to match. Easy directions to get to your room.

Very mixed experience. The property itself is as advertised, a small suite (the Penthouse part is a bit misleading since it's basically a small bedroom with a small living/kitchen space) with a nice balcony and right across the street from the Stampede Grounds.The problem is that the building has "no short term rental" signs all over the place including notifications that renters/guests can removed. It's obvious the owner is aware of this because the check in instructions include such gems as they'll fine you 1500 for talking to the concierge and not to bring too much luggage into the building. None of this is disclosed until you arrive, and in my case, I arrived when a major conference was in town and hotel rooms were going for 700 and up, so I basically had no other option. All in all, it was very stressful and throughout my stay, I kept wondering if I would get removed and have to find a new place to stay. Additionally, the check in instructions were inaccurate and the fob that was supposed to allow you to go in and out was falling apart and didn't work. No idea what the actual laws are in Canada and whether one could actually get kicked out, but it made it a not fun experience wondering what was going to happen. It all felt very shady and furtive. It really should have been disclosed that this building was hostile to short-term rentals so that potential renters could decide if the stress is worth the convenience.

Very nice room but couldn’t get ahold of anybody, instructions to get in and out of the building were a lot more confusing than they needed to be and there was no blankets for the pullout bed. Other than that was a nice stay

The Poor-Check in instructions were way more confusing than it had to be. -Bed was not made when we checked in so had to wash the bedding.- TV’s, fireplace, video game did not work or turn on.- Cigarette butts all over the artificial grass on the balcony. - No replies to any of the messages I sent. The Good- location - Z-crew brunch place in building was amazing.

Small one bedroom apartment: OK for two people. Great location across the road from Stampede grounds and casino. Bit of confusion regarding time for entry: VRBO said 3pm, owner said 4pm.

The checking in process was harder than it needed to be. Parking in the lot was ok. When we got to the room it wasn’t cleaned….however the owner came while we were there and cleaned it up for us. The FOB that was supposed to help us get into the room and floor easier did not work so we had to constantly use the touch pad and only had 5 mins to get to the elevator and onto our floor. Totally inconvenient. The balcony chair was broken. Even though i paid daily for parking i received 3 tickets on my vehicle…i emailed the owner and still have not received a response (3 days later) The other residents seemed to dislike that this building was being used as a VRBO as we heard comments as we rode the elevator. So we felt uncomfortable knowing this was our situation. Communication with the owners was so bad, i emailed a few times and got zero response. The condo was very close to the stampede grounds which was the reason i booked this. So that was great.

Don’t stay here. Everything dirty, bedsheets in the bathtub, bed not made, cans in sink, stains on counter. Parking not included gotta pay, host not responsive. Had to cancel our stay after arrival, terrible experience because we were only in town for one night for a Flames game.

Great Stay But

Great Stay, place was nice and cleanly. My only complaint was that the "check in" process was very long and confusing and I never received any "check out" process so I left feeling unsure if I met the criteria set out by their standards
