The views from this unit are spectacular, especially this time of the year. We have stayed here quite a few times, and love the convenience and locality. It's central to everything. However, it's tired and needs a good update and a good clean. Hopefully, this will happen and we will return. Value for $??? at this stage, no. The convenience store where you pick up the key....dodgy! The guys won't speak english, they gave us two sets of keys and one set didn't fit anything! Maybe the carpark??? we didn't need that so couldn't confirm and they wouldn't tell us! It is noisy on Saturday & Sunday nights but that's to be expected on Commercial Road with night clubs across the road. But enjoy the views and the convenience with the markets and everything else, it's great! Trams just up a bit, so easy!
