Perfect vacation rental for families

This was the perfect home for our family of 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog. We loved the layout of the house. And the yard, pool and hot tub were incredible. We would definitely come back.

Perfect stay for small family vacation

We stayed for a long weekend with our baby and my brother-in-law and his two young kids. The weather was near perfect (a bit on the hot side) and we spent most of our time outside around the pool and the covered area. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Palm Springs Getaway

We have stayed at a number of VRBO houses, and this was one of the best. Really no complaints or suggestions for improvements. It easily accommodated three generations of our family, and we made particularly good use of the pool and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Palm Springs.

Perfect Location and the house is great

The house and pool were awesome. We were there with a total of 4 couples and it and the house was perfect. We used the pool as well. The commucation with the staff was great and the location was even better

Great getaway

The house was just as listed. We enjoyed the pool and the layout of the house. There were some basic things that need to be redone but it did not have a negative effect on our stay. Would recommend to friends.

Extended Family

Lovely, spacious, clean home in quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Home provided ample room for gathering and individual bedrooms with bathrooms for private downtime. Pool was wonderful for cooling off!

Fabulous Holiday Retreat

A beautiful home, extremely comfortable with everything we needed to feel right at home. A fabulous kitchen and dining area, lovely family rooms, 4 wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, close to downtown Palm Springs, markets, restaurants, shopping!!! A heated pool and BBQ that worked like a charm. We LOVED our stay and are planning to come back soon. Thanks for everything !!!!

Perfect PS Experience

What an incredible place to stay for a vacation. The host thought of everything from board games, smart tvs, even welcome basket. The home was clean and the bedrooms were large spacious with their own bathrooms. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed several days/nights out on the patio. This place was close to pretty much everything we wanted to do. We highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Clean Home Sweet Home

This was an immaculate and spacious home with lots of modern amenities. Easy to reach from the airport, convention center, and downtown. The house was comfortable and one of the best homes we have stayed at. The pool and outside area exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was very safe and we felt like we belonged. Overall, We cannot wait to stay at this home in the future.

Palm Springs

Check in process was rocky. The door code was not changed. Actually it never was. We had to use our contact at Evolves code the entire time which was a pain because it was not familiar number. The pool was supposed to be heated. Paid for 5 days Heater not turned on until the second day. Lost 2 days of pool use

4 guys, golf outing and dinners

Property was very nice, clean and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and firepit. Check in code did not work on the doors. Delayed access about 15 minutes. Access to downtown Palm Springs was a breeze. We requested an early check in and it was granted. We requested a late check out and no response was ever received from the property manager. We had various plumbing issues. The main bathroom toilet leaked water onto the floor and could only be stopped by turning the water off to the toilet. A handyman was called and said he fixed the issue but he did not. The toilet paper holder in the same bathroom fell off the wall. One of the other bathrooms had a very slow draining sink. We'd go back to the residence with assurances that the plumbing issues were resolved. No credit was offered as a result of plumbing issues. Thank goodness for 3 other bathrooms. Poor customer service from the property mgr. The property mgr said they were not feeling well and that was the reason for poor service. Delegate responsibility!! :(

Positives: Beautiful property! Lots of space to spread out! Upon arrival, we received a great snack basket with travel liquor bottles. Nice, easy touch! Communication with the host was easy and quick. Amenities were good. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. It was nice that the driveway held two vehicles. The property is close to everything. Loved the pool! With the thick trees/shrubs around the pool, it does need to be skimmed out each morning. Lots of hummingbirds in the back.Negatives: Unfortunately, we came home one night to five cockroaches in one bathroom. Thankfully, it was our last night. The host said this is common when it’s so hot outside in Palm Springs. I hope that’s not common! Gross! The pillows could use a refresh.All in all, a nice property minus the cockroaches.
