The Space:

This stunning villa welcomes you with a majestic façade, vibrant gardens, and an unparalleled location mere steps from the beach. Upstairs, the living and dining areas are designed for both serene relaxation and entertaining, opening to a balcony with lounge seating where you can sip your coffee to ocean glimpses and the sound of crashing waves. The fully equipped, designer kitchen boasts high-end appliances, ample bench space, and a coffee machine for easy mornings—but Silver Bullet Espresso is just down the road if you'd rather grab a coffee to go before strolling the foreshore. The dedicated children’s playroom offers a safe haven for little ones to play.



Head downstairs to discover the ultimate retreat for leisure and connection, featuring an undercover patio with alfresco dining, a kitchenette, and BBQ area. The games room adds another layer of fun with a second kitchenette, shuffleboard, and access to a patio with a ping pong table and smoker for meat aficionados. A cosy fire pit casts a warm glow on cooler evenings, while the enclosed backyard provides a tranquil escape to enjoy the gentle coastal breeze.



There are four beautifully styled bedrooms—all located downstairs. The primary suite features a king four-poster bed and private ensuite, while a queen bedroom, twin room, and a fourth bedroom with two tri-bunks—ideal for both kids and adults—share a stunning family bathroom with a shower-bath, toilet, and integrated laundry. An additional family bathroom upstairs ensures ample space and comfort for all guests.



The property also includes generous driveway parking for a seamless stay.



Firepit wood is supplied for guest use during the winter months. A starter pack of kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood is provided. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.

Enjoy a long lunch at Bunkers Beach House, indulge in handcrafted chocolates at Gabriel Chocolate, or sample award-winning wines at Wise Wine and Happs Winery. For craft beer enthusiasts, Eagle Bay Brewing Co. and Beerfarm are must-visits for local brews and delicious food.



Outdoor adventurers will love the nearby Castle Rock Bay and Meelup Beach, known for their calm turquoise waters, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and paddleboarding.
