Host was very hospitable, and house was immaculate with every need met. Easy walk to beach, too. Highly recommended!

Great spot

This was a comfortable and well stocked house. Both a screened porch and a deck off the back. Short walk to the beach. Definitely a quiet spot but plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Quick family getaway

The property was lovely and accurately described. We had issues with the door lock but received quick responses. Easy golf cart ride to the beach and close to a lot of the restaurants and shops on the island. Enjoyed our stay!

Fanatic Beach Condo

Amazing place for a staycation. Friends and family visited often. The unit is completely updated, immaculate and has everything you need plus plenty of parking. We created unforgettable memories!!!

Excellent!

It's a very nice place, with everything you need. All updated, nice decor, great kitchen, back screen porch was nice and private with a good view of trees and pond. The backyard has lawn chairs and beach accessories to take with you to the beach. Parking is a driveway or under a carport. Good location. I felt very safe staying here.

Worked perfectly for me

Great location, convenient to both ends of the island, well located on main street with a little road noise. Very clean upon arrival. Quick response for a couple of small concerns. I would definitely stay again. Older but updated throughout , walking distance to most things on the island and near trolley stops and the beach. I loved it!

Great location, property just as advertised.

Had a 7 day stay with my family. The owner has truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and make you feel right at home. We had a cold day and enjoyed the assortment of board games for a family day in. The neighbors on the other side are super nice and very helpful with suggestions. We had a small snafu when we arrived with the hot water heater going on, but it was addressed promptly and taken care of ASAP. We are already planning out next stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Anna Maria - Palm Drive

The property was so nice! There were 4 of us. It was brand new and very clean. They had all amenities that were necessary. The screened in back porch and grill were so nice to have because restaurant waits could be up to 3 hours if after sunset. The trolly is very close so you can hop on that if needed and it was free!! We walked everywhere because of proximity to the beach! The washer and dryer are very small but it didn't matter to us. The owners were very easy to get a hold of if needed. There is ample parking for 2 cars. We had an amazing trip and would recommend this place and we would stay again!!

Wouldn’t know - owner cancelled last minute

Owner cancelled our reservation Thursday 10pm for a family stay to start Friday (saw email right before packing car). Evolve said in the email it had to do with change in law requiring longer stays than I had booked. Laws don’t change that quickly. And if a 7 day rental was required the owner could have eaten the cost of the additional days to make it right because it is not currently showing as booked on the days following my now nonexistent stay. Beyond that - setting aside the fact that my weekend with my sons is not happening - I can honestly say the owner or owners rep was also unresponsive. I tried to contact with questions prior to coming down and didn’t hear back.

We'd like to clarify that this is a new listing, and we did not catch the 7-day minimum stay ordinance in the county until just before your check-in. We've since updated the listing to reflect this so that it does not recur for any future guest. This does not reflect the owner or property and Evolve takes full responsibility. A Little Piece of Paradise

PERFECT LOCATION! When needing some beach time, I would definitely recommend Anna Maria Island. This townhome was ideal. Just a short walk to a soft white sandy beach. We drove our rental car to unload items too bulky to carry. We drove back to unit and walked to beach for the day. We did find parking the last day however. The townhome was as the pictures depicted by Evolve. It was clean and comfortable. Our contact person with Evolve was courteous and responsive with all questions upon arrival and with any questions we had during our stay. It is situated on a main road which could make for a longer exit during peak season. We were within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There is a trolly with a stop across the street that runs daily so there really is no need for a vehicle if you are able to walk. The kitchen is furnished well for home cooking. Publix will deliver groceries. The screened in deck was a great place for private relaxation after a day at the beach. Bring your sunscreen during the summer as the sun is intense during that time. CAN'T WAIT FOR A RETURN TRIP TO ANNA MARIA AND TO OUR NEW HOME AWAY FROM HOME, HOLMES BEACH RETREAT!

Excellent!

It's a very nice home, quiet and updated with lovely decor. The beds were comfy. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this twin home highly. private backyard with screened porch.

Holmes Beach Retreat

We arrived at the property on the 26th of December. It was extremely clean! It was cold and we needed to have the heat on. We couldn't get it to work and they were very fast at responding and getting it going. It was user error! They had so many items available for us that we didn't need to do a lot of shopping. The back porch was so nice and had a grill. Waits for dinner, after sunset, were up to 3 hours so having the grill to use was very nice! The trolley was right across the street, which was super convenient. We walked to the beach daily. Access is very easy and close. The area was quiet and the neighbor was super nice! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely try to book it again!
