The Space:

Welcome to Moffat Beach Abode, a spacious and beautifully appointed coastal retreat designed for relaxed Sunshine Coast stays. Located approximately a 7-minute walk from Kings Beach and dog-friendly Shelly Beach, and around a 10-minute walk from dog-friendly Moffat Beach, the home puts some of the coast’s best beaches within easy reach.



Set on the upper level of the property, this private three-bedroom residence offers generous indoor and outdoor living, a fully enclosed yard and plenty of thoughtful touches for families and guests travelling with dogs.



At the heart of the home is the modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, reverse-osmosis filtered water, premium cookware and knives, coffee machine and a wide range of utensils and appliances. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six, creating an inviting space for shared meals.



Just off the kitchen and dining area is the spacious main living room, complete with a generous six-seater sofa and TV, perfect for settling in for a movie after a day at the beach. An additional lounge and multipurpose area provides even more room to spread out, with a two-seater sofa, stocked bookshelf, desk and plenty of floor space for children to play.



For guests working remotely, the dedicated workspace is equipped with a large monitor, keyboard, mouse, audio equipment, webcam and multiple device-charging options.



Step outside to the large entertaining deck, where outdoor dining for up to eight, a BBQ and relaxed seating make alfresco meals easy. Fairy lights add a warm atmosphere in the evenings, while the surrounding garden provides plenty of room for children and dogs to enjoy.



The private yard is fully fenced and enclosed, making it suitable for dogs upon application. A doggy door provides easy access between the home and outdoor area, while an outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after sandy beach days. Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire upstairs unit and the fully-fenced back yard. Please note the house itself is a shared property that is split between the upstairs unit (this listing you are currently on) and the downstairs unit . The downstairs is a separate, self-sufficient space that is also rented out as a holiday listing. If you have a larger group, this may be beneficial as you can book both units together. Each of the two self-contained units have fully secure, separate entries and there is sound proofing between each level.



The Neighborhood:

From the property, a very short stroll will take you straight to the sandy beaches of Shelly, Moffat and Kings beach, along with local shops, and cafes. Caloundra’s Bulcock St, markets and eateries are just over 1km away, making everything in easy walking distance. Getting Around:

This unit is within walking distance to many beaches, attractions, restaurants, and cafes.

The closest beach (Shelly Beach) is 600m away (7-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. Moffat Beach is only a 10-minute easy stroll and is a popular hang out with an incredible point break for surfing, a great beach for swimming and a lake that kids really love playing in.

Dogs are allowed inside but not to be on the beds, lounges, or other house furniture. No unattended dogs to be left indoors. Barking to be controlled indoors and at night. Most floor areas are polished timber floors, with minimal rugs or carpet areas. Guests will incur extra charges to repair any pet damage or stains.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
