**Access**
The apartments are on the top floor, you will have to climb an exterior stair landing and will follow a second interior stair landing.

**Parking**
The 2 parking spaces are not directly next to the apartment building.
They are 102 inches wide, which is the American standard.
They might be a tight fit for a large SUV, such as a full-size Suburban or Navigator.
