We wish you had reached out to us as we were never made aware of your concerns to resolve. - It's important to us that guests have the amenities ready for their stay. There should at least be one full canister of propane and to ensure efficiency, we will make sure this doesn't happen again. - As for the cushions, due to the outdoor furniture's placement outside the covered porch, they will inevitably be exposed to rain and other weather elements. We also provide a gas heater outdoors at our expense, in addition to supplying all the wood. -The internet service provided is reliable high-speed connectivity from Comcast, ensuring consistent performance. High-speed internet, not sporadic Wifi, is the norm in our mountain cabin. Guests can access streaming services such as YouTube TV or log into their private accounts using this connection.
