Clyde is a quaint township with great cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. The river and beach provide some of the best swimming in Central Otago. There are 3 playgrounds. The house is a 3 minute bike ride from the start of the Otago rail trail and a 5 min drive from the start of the new Dunstan bike trial. You can walk to town in 15 minutes, most of the walk is through a shaded greenway.
