Bed was lumpy. I had to sleep in the center. It would be nice if there were some spices in the house, like salt. Bedrooms had a stench to them. Had to go to store to buy Fabreeze The closet also had a smell to them.

The unit was clean and well equipped. Layout suited our needs nicely. Location was perfect in terms of easy and private beach access and short walk to downtown area. Plenty of outdoor seating with 2 decks as well as a porch. Communication for the entire pre- arrival through checkout period was excellent. It took us a couple days to figure out the washer/dryer was in storage area on ground level, but perhaps we missed that memo. There was a great supply of beach equipment and games to borrow in the storage area. We would definitely return to this property in the future.

Besides the fact that the property was not clean at the designated time, it was a nice vacation rental. I was disappointed to have to wait for the arrival of the cleaning service and then wait for them to start and finish cleaning the home. The house was a cute cottage, not one of those huge mega homes. I liked the coziness. Since we only had 4 adults, it was a perfect and comfy home for what we needed. Well stacked kitchen and beach items we could use during our stay. We called once for service and the reply was swift and fixed the problem.

Great location for Weekend Beach Getaway

We loved out time at Easy Breezy! Located near to beach and also within walking distance to the town of duck. We loved the outdoor dinning option and the outdoor grill. A great weekend getaway.

Perfect place for our anniversary trip! The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with appliances. Sheets and towels are also provided. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes in a very well kept and friendly neighborhood. Check in and check out was very easy.

Property was in an amazing location. 5 minute walk to Duck beach, shops and restaurants super close. Bedding and towels provided. We brought extra blankets to be extra comfy. House was a great size for 4-6 people. The laundry storage room had lots of helpful things. We borrowed the beach umbrella, a boogie board, and some sand toys. There were chairs and a wagon there as well but we brought our own.Things to note: Neither bathroom has a tub, only small narrow standup shower. Keep that in mind if you have little ones. Washer and dryer were large, modern, and came in very handy. They are on the ground level next to the car port so bring a laundry bag or basket for easy transport. No hair dryer provided so bring your own.Beautiful cozy home. We had a wonderful time. Will definitely book here again.

Great space! Convenient to downtown Duck.

Village Realty quickly responded in every communication. House is well supplied with what you need for a quiet getaway. Within easy walking distance to the beach and about a mile to downtown duck. Overall a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, yet the house feels private and peaceful. We especially loved the surrounding vegetation, which gives the property a beautiful, secluded feeling. The house had everything to cook. It is also conveniently located close to the town of Duck, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed.The house was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time in the Outer Banks. The beach , the sunrise, the sunset are just amazing. About the house; the only thing we noticed was a musty/mold-like smell when we first arrived, possibly because the house had been closed for a couple of weeks. My husband and I are very sensitive to mold and allergies, so this may be something for other sensitive guests to keep in mind. We opened the windows to air out the house, and that helped significantly, allowing us to enjoy the rest of our stay.There were also a couple of very minor maintenance items that could use attention. Nothing that affected our overall experience.Communication with Village Realty was excellent. When we mentioned the smell, they responded quickly and sent someone to check the AC and the house. Everything checked out fine, and we really appreciated how responsive and attentive they were.Overall, this is a beautiful, private property in a great location, and we had a lovely stay. Five stars!

We had a wonderful stay at Easy Breezy! The house was exactly as described. There was easy communication from the rental agency. It is about a 5 minute walk to the entrance to the beach. It is only a few minute drive from downtown Duck. I highly recommend!

Truly Easy Breezy!

The house was perfect for our family! It was very clean and plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time. Our pre-teens enjoyed their own space upstairs, while us adults slept in the downstairs primary room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets and pots/pans needed, with shelf space open for us to unpack our food (something some houses forget to leave) It was a short bike ride to the beach

All went well, the rental company is well organized. The kitchen is a little outdated but it’s fine. The place is in a great location. I would recommend renting bikes, it’s worth it. They have all the amenities you need including chairs and umbrellas and games for the beach. Would come again.
