San Diego vacation with six grandchildren

House was very nice with plenty of room for the nine of us. Location was convenient for travels to various tourist attractions. Our host was very clear with instructions for check in. She responded quickly to our questions.

Comfort and relaxation!

This was just the stay we needed. 2 adults and 2 teens. We booked last minute for 3 nights and were thrilled to have space to spread out, rooms to ourselves and a pool to relax in. Pool was heated by the sun for a refreshing dip. Plenty of spots to relax in. We also enjoyed some friendly competition at the pool table. Close enough to the padres game and plenty of beaches. Easy to find and safe quiet neighborhood. Truly wonderful!

I have stayed at a few properties and this has been my favorite by far. I cannot recommend it enough! The host is responsive and helpful and the house is gorgeous. I would book again in a minute!

We stayed here with a large group of family and had a great time. The house was very spacious, with plenty of beds and room for everyone. Check-in was easy, and the pool was nice and enjoyable.There are a couple of things future guests may want to know that I wasn’t aware of beforehand. The jacuzzi is not heated. While it isn’t advertised as heated, I didn’t think to ask since I assumed a jacuzzi would be heated. Also, guests aren’t able to adjust the AC themselves. If it gets too warm, you’ll need to text the host and ask them to adjust the temperature for you.Other than those things, everything was fine, and we had a great stay and enjoyed our time with family!

Wedding weekend

We had a great stay at this property. Our group included 7 adults and 2 kids, and the space worked perfectly for us. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed.With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready comfortably, which was especially important since we were in town for a wedding. We never felt crowded or on top of each other.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay, which made everything smooth from start to finish. She even let us stay for late checkout on our final day. Would definitely recommend for larger groups.

Perfect trip for a group of brothers. Communication was great, and the host was very flexible with our checkout time. Loved the pool and we had plenty of space. Most things we wanted to see and do with less than 20 minutes in any direction.

Amazing Chula Vista!

We took a small group of young men from our church to stay in this beautiful home- great location with a pool. The boys loved the pool- not too far of a drive to the beach and could not have been better!!

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was nice and clean, not too far from the beach, the host was very communicative, we all had a great time! I do wish the grill was working, and the hot tub is not heated but that’s ok! We still had a great time!

The rooms and bed were pretty clean. Pool was clean. Our only issue was as we got there on a summer day. Easily being 100 inside the house that had been closed all day. We couldn’t locate the thermostat. The owner controls the air. When I asked for ac to be turned on she just suggested to open the windows. The listing said AC. But she suggested to open windows. Keep that in mind when booking your stay here. The pool wasn’t heated which was fine. It was a great temperature for the summer. But as it got chilly at night we couldn’t change the temperature to the hot tube. The overall stay was good. Main complaint was that for the money I had absolutely no control over the temperature inside the house. First time I’ve experienced that.

We're glad the rooms and pool were clean and that the overall stay was enjoyable. A/C is always available to guests upon request, and we recommend opening windows and doors first since the home sits on a hill where a nice ocean breeze usually keeps things comfortable, but A/C can be turned on anytime there isn't a breeze. The pool and spa are not advertised as heated, and this is communicated to guests at the time of booking. We appreciate the feedback and will keep looking for ways to make the temperature setup clearer for future guests.

We couldn't have picked a better place for our family vacation! Traveling as a group of six (2 adults, 4 kids), finding a rental that balances enough space, overall safety, and built in entertainment can be a challenge, but this property delivered on every level. Bre is an amazing host and super responsive!!The location itself was amazing! The home is situated in an ideal spot in Chula Vista—within a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet convenient to local spots and a quick drive to greater San Diego attractions.The house is extremely spacious and roomy. With 2 adults and 4 kids (ages between 17 and 10), we never felt on top of each other. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and the layout gave us our own areas to spread out and relax. The in-ground pool and the outdoor pool side patio was an absolute highlight of the trip! The outdoor pool patio area was comfy, clean, well-maintained, and provided endless entertainment for the us during the day (& night swimming with the lights on) and a peaceful retreat for us in the evening. Also, having a full-size pool table was a huge bonus. It kept the older boys and I entertained when taking a break from the sun and turned into our favorite spot for family friendly competitions. Lastly, the home was spotless, fully equipped w/ everything a family needs, and truly felt like a home away from home. If you are looking for a roomy, kid-approved getaway in the San Diego area, look no further. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!!

The home was perfection! Every room had the space we were looking for. We traveled with 5 kids under 13 and this Family-friendly home kept their attention. The home is in fantastic neighborhood, close to markets (Food for Less, Costco, Walmart, Ross, many more less than 2 miles from home.) The Hostess Bre is outstanding!! Communication is ON POINT!!
This patio gets the best breeze ALL DAY!! Parent's loved sitting here to watch the kids in the water.
The grill is conveniently just outside of the patio area.
This table isto the right of the grill. Great place to put your cutting board, bowls of veggies and plates of food to grill. In the background is a comfy seating area around the fire pit!!
This is where I sat and watched the Parent's and kids enjoy the backyard. The breeze flowing through the house was amazing.

Great Home in a Great Location

Bre, the host, was very responsive and made sure that we had a great stay! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Chula Vista. My friends and I went down to Mexico for a day trip and this home was so close to the border. I hope to have the opportunity to stay over again!

Fun in San Diego

This property had everything we needed. Enough beds and spaces for all 10 of us to enjoy. Enough towels and kitchenware. Even a small cooler to take to the beach. A great location near enough to everything we wanted to do. Perfect spot.

Great place to stay

The house was very spacious with plenty of space for our two families. The only negative thing I would say is that I wanted a place where I could control the air conditioner but the host has to. It was cool enough that it wasn't a problem. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. I would stay here again.
