Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of historic downtown Armstrong.
Located behind PV BLVD Coffee, this private ground-level suite offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and small-town charm. With its own private entrance and outdoor patio, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay while being just steps from locally owned shops, restaurants, cafés, parks, and community events.
Whether you're visiting family, attending a wedding, exploring the North Okanagan, cycling nearby trails, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, this spacious suite is the perfect place to settle in.

The Space
The suite comfortably accommodates up to six guests and includes:
• One private queen bedroom
• A separate lower-level sleeping area with two twin beds
• A comfortable double sofa bed in the living room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• In-suite laundry
• Air conditioning
• Fast Wi-Fi
• Patio
• Pet-friendly accommodations

Please note that the lower-level sleeping area is not considered a legal bedroom, as it does not have a window or door. It provides a separate sleeping space that many families appreciate for children, teens, or additional guests.

The Location
One of the best parts of staying here is being able to explore Armstrong on foot.
Walk to local favorites including Village Dairy, boutique shops, restaurants, antique stores, the museum, parks, and seasonal community events.
You're also within easy driving distance of Silver Star Mountain Resort, Kalamalka Lake, the Okanagan Rail Trail, Caravan Farm Theatre, Vernon, Enderby, Salmon Arm, wineries, golf courses, and beautiful lakes throughout the North Okanagan.

*Please note that Pleasant Valley Blvd is under construction April 2026 for approximately 8 months Monday to Friday 7am -5pm. Suite is located at the back of the building. There should be minimal disruption.

This was a great spot in Armstrong. The accommodations were very comfortable. We loved that we could pop around to the front street to go to the coffee shop. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food and eating in. The location was so convenient. Parking was easy. There was also a nice seating area outside, and we enjoyed the sunny afternoon and fresh air.

Super charming and cozy spot! Host was responsive and accommodating, kitchen is incredibly well stocked and everything we needed was easily accessible. Check in was simple and easy. The coffee shop at the front of the building is 10/10. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at our Suite on the BLVD! The space was beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—convenient and peaceful. Our host was thoughtful and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. From relaxing in the cozy rooms to enjoying the local attractions, every moment was a delight. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a memorable getaway.

This is a great little suite, tucked in behind a coffee shop. It has been beautifully renovated and decorated and everything is top notch. 10/10 on everything. We loved our stay. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with plenty of dishes, gadgets and sharp knives. The bathroom is beautiful and the rain shower is amazing. Super comfy bed and bed linens. Easy access, communication and parking.

If you have young children, be sure to bring a baby gate. I didn't realize the secondary living room, with the floor couch/bed, was downstairs. It didn't made it clear in the listing. I managed to just keep all our bags in front of it, and she didn't try and move stuff. But a little inconvenient. It's a little loud downstairs too, being right under their kitchen/prep area, which means being woken up at 5am or when they arrive. Which definitely sucks for a vacation and wanting to sleep in. Also the construction means it's loud during the day too. Which kinda puts a dampener on relaxing time. The place itself was really clean, and beautifully designed. I do really like that basement area, really comfy lounge area. The tub was the best part. Having a deep tub was reeeaally awesome, and the rainfall shower was also nice. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, pots and everything needed to cook meals. A BBQ outside woulda been nice, but I can also see how if there's no guests staying at the time, they may not have a spot to store it, to avoid being stolen or vandaled. Parking was good, until you have a coffee shop customer park right beside your vehicle, and you can't even open the doors to get a child into her seat. Much less your own passenger door. Having a coffee shop right there, was also really nice. I enjoy iced espresso drinks, and without my Nespresso, it was a nice option, for good, affordable coffee. That wasn't just Starbucks or Timmies.

Got accommodation off OK Auction for a great deal. Place is beautiful and I would stay there again. Coffee shop attached was very good. Staff were very pleasant.

Everything was fantastic. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. With all the construction on the main road, it was still very quiet. The shower curtain in the bathroom does not shut well at all. I would definitely come back. parking spot was always available and right outside the door. The coffee shop connected to the suite has the best coffee and pastries, and the cookies are spectacular.
