Flagstaff Townhome w/ Grill ~ 3 Mi to Downtown!

We're so glad the location worked out perfectly for your college drop-off trip and that you found the place spotless with a layout that suited your stay near NAU. Thanks so much for sharing this feedback!

Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad the communication, early check-in, and one-car garage made your stay easier, and that the location gave you quick access to downtown and NAU. It's great to hear the beds, hot showers, kitchen, and laundry all worked out well, and that the A/C units and ceiling fan kept you comfortable despite the heat.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback and for sharing how well the townhome worked for you and your daughter with the split-level layout. We're glad the space felt clean and the kitchen was well equipped for your stay. The unusually high temperatures across Flagstaff and much of Arizona that week made it tougher than usual for the A/C units and airflow to keep up, though they've worked well for guests during typical weather. Two box fans are available for extra airflow, and most of the year the doors and windows can stay open for natural cooling and comfort. We appreciate you noting the best seasons for a stay and hope this helps future guests plan accordingly.

From the owner: "Donna & Joe, Thank you for staying with us & for the 5-star review. Those go a long way as far as future guests! Sorry about the remote, gotta love technology! We hope you'll keep us in mind for future Flagstaff visits! Happy 4th of July & take care!"

"We always want our guests to feel comfortable and well taken care of. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- New bathroom towels have been purchased and placed in the home.- The faucet leak is being fixed, with replacement considered if needed.- Rental rates are set with Evolve based on market research, and we believe the home remains competitively priced compared to similar properties. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay."
