We had a wonderful stay. The house was as described, just lovely. We did see some bugs and they came right away when notified and set some traps. The backyard and pool was our favorite part… we spent a lot of time there and will be back next year.The only thing we’d request is 3-4 beach chairs please. It was 15/hr to rent at the beach.

Beautiful home and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Th whine was clean and organized, though there were remnants of pets in the home prior to our stay with dog hair found in the corners of floors. The pool and hot tub were amazing and such a comfortable temperature! The location was centrally located between Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton with easy driving access to mat stores, shops, restaurants, the beach, parks, and so much more. A few recommendations for improvement: place a broom/dustpan, pizza cutter, extra blankets, and extra pillow cases (for the extra pillows) in the home. A mop would also be helpful. Property manager was very responsive; recommend updating check-in instructions to accurately reflect how to lock the door as the code does not need to be entered for that. Would also recommend a different location for the minute device as the plug does not fit securely in the outlet and the chairs can easily bump it when sitting down or getting up from the dining room table.

Great location … heated pool & jacuzzi was clean and in excellent condition… we had all the amenities we needed. Great kitchen! The backyard beautiful! Really enjoyed our stay!

The place was beautiful! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us including a toddler! The kitchen was well stocked with every thing we needed. The backyard was a awesome!! The neighborhood was really cute. We took lots of walks in the area, including to several restaurants close by. We will definitely stay there again when in town!!

Nice house. Very clean and nicely kept up. TV was a bit challenging as it was difficult to access local networks. Did have to purchase soap for showers. Overall very nice!

Great House - not enough sleeping accommodations

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was updated and the pool was amazing. The house was clean and the rooms were nice, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The backyard was a cool oasis. The pool was a great size and the water was heated. We however were disappointed the listing says sleeps 8. That is not accurate as it only sleeps 6. There was not a double bed couch so some of my guest had to sleep together. The host was very responsive leading up to our arrival but never responded to my question around the sleeping accommodations until it was a normal business day and not the weekend. Typically the host are always available during a stay regardless of the day of the week. That part was disappointing-They offered an after hours number but there wasn't a response as well. Please be aware if you have guest over 6 or if your guest aren't comfortable sharing a bed than you will need to look else where because this house doesn't sleep 8. I don't want to be too negative the house is amazing and we would definitely go back but with less people and would be aware of the host not being available during some of the stay-thank goodness there wasn't a major issue.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The fully stocked kitchen was great since we don't like to eat out a lot. And the air fryer was a great addition as we use one at home often. The backyard and pool/hot tub were great!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great place! Came with my family of 5 and it was plenty spacious and had all the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We spent more time out there than at the beach where we had planned to be. We used the grill and made some home cooked meals. It was a good central location and Instacart or uber eats was easy to use there. Beach was close by. We would definitely come back here. A few things you should be aware of: 1. There is no hot water coming out of the kitchen sink. We would boil water in a stock pan just to get things really clean. It’s lukewarm at best. Things coming out of the dishwasher were sticky and had to be rewashed by hand. 2. Refrigerators should be set to 37 we were shocked to see it at 45. Having it at a proper temp prevents bacteria. Luckily my son is a chef and noticed it right away. 3. I know it’s the location and probably the time of year but there were some very visible critters. Might just need a good inside spray from pest control. 4. Master bed mattress....needs to be replaced. It’s raised in the middle and rolls down on the sides. Also, a cheese grater was probably the only thing the kitchen was missing. Everything else was pretty sufficient. The orange cups have some mold. Probably from no hot water. Lots of plates and glasses. All in great shape. Communication with the staff....i found it to be just ok. I emailed twice and text before we arrived and no one answered me. I called and finally got someone. I felt as though I was bothering her initially but she did help out. Then when we left, I thought I had left my wedding ring behind by the sink when cleaning up to leave. I sent a text and they did jump on it quickly. I appreciate them looking and going the extra mile but I just felt as though I was bothering them, maybe I was haha. But at the end of the day all needs were met. Easier to call them directly if you need something. Also should you come

The property is exactly as stated in the listing. It’s beautiful and quiet. We loved it! The property manager communicated very well. Only two very minor issues mosquitos in the backyard, so bring something. The other was the pool cleaning service. They showed up not on the scheduled days and one morning he showed up at 6:30AM. Nothing to do with the house but just an fyi.

I had the honor of completing a business degree online and coming to the campus for the first time to walk ( alongside my nephew) The home was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and centrally located to everywhere we went. Our time was packed with graduation, family celebrations and the boat and air show on Ft. Lauderdale beach. Our spare time was enjoyed in the pool and hot tub offered at this lovely home. This was a fantastic place to make lifetime memories. I may return some day and would definitely recommend it for your memories.

Perfection…all the way!

This property surpassed any & all expectations! The pictures do not do it justice. The house is everything you want if you’re looking for a secluded oasis for well deserved R&R. No expense was spared when designing & executing every area of this home. Just a small example: the way the lighting set up so that when you walk into the master bath/closet, they turn on automatically when you walk into the room! And you can dim the lights & set them to your own preference. The kitchen is huge & perfectly set up to cook/prepare meals & the appliances are up to date & easy to use. There’s a huge W&D in the garage. But, the best part is the backyard/outside area. There’s a sweet little tiki hut where you can sit & enjoy your morning coffee & a large BBQ that’s there for your use (it comes with a 40 surcharge for the propane tank). I can’t comment on how well the BBQ works because we didn’t use it, as it was just me & my friend & didnt feel the need to uncover it, get it going for just the 2 of us. Completely fenced, 100% private with a pool & separate hot tub that truly completes the healing space of this gem of a property! The ranch style house is located on a private, quiet street, but is a mere 5 minute drive to the local Publix, Walgreens & any other stores you need. In addition, Red Reef Park & Beach is just 5 miles away! Honestly, I could go on …& on, but all I can say is this was a 10/10 experience! We will DEFINATELY be back!

Perfect FL Getaway

The house was perfect for the size and needs of our group. The location was great, being close enough to the beach but not in a congested area. Check-in/Check-out was very simple. House was well kept and clean. The backyard was the highlight and where we spent most of the week. Only negatives were that a few windows were left unlocked and the kitchen supplies were rather thin, other than that I would most certainly stay here again.

This was a great house for us. Plenty of room inside and back yard is awesome. Heated pool, spa, as I said just as advertised. Property manager was very responsive. I'm looking at my next stay already.
