We had a wonderful stay for a girls’ trip. The accommodations were divine. We loved every aspect of the house. The beach was just steps away and the location was close to nearby restaurants. Everyone raved about the aesthetic of the property. Also, the thoughtful details made the stay seamless. Everything was labeled so no need wasting time trying to figure out which switch went to which light. There were plenty of towels and starter supplies as well. We were all very happy with our stay as all we had to do is arrive and enjoy our time together. The rest was taken care of!

A girls' trip like that is exactly what we hope guests get out of this place! We're so happy the house checked every box for your group, from the beach being just steps away to having restaurants so close by. It's wonderful to hear the little touches stood out too — the labeling was a small thing we hoped would save guests some hassle, so it's great to know it actually did. Plenty of towels and starter supplies should mean one less thing to think about, and that's exactly the goal — arrive and just enjoy. We'd love to host your group again for the next trip!

The house was beautiful and the stay was wonderful! We did not realize the public beach and pool were not walking distance from the house but we enjoyed our week throughly regardless.

The home was beautiful and well-maintained. The only drawbacks we encountered were huge ants and a loud alarm that sounded several times for a couple of days. I'm sure they have handled the issue by now as we communicated about it before we left. I would definitely recommend this beautiful, comfortable home!

I was surprise how beautiful the home is and well stocked. However, the description of how to get to the beach was somewhat misleading. The entrance near the home is actually to the river. You have to drive to the beach, pay to park, and was difficult to setup on the rough sand. The balconies on the home were wonderful.

We’re glad you were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and well stocked the home was! It sounds like the balconies were a favorite part of your stay and gave you a nice place to relax. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to have you back again!

Plenty of room. The house had everything we needed. Quiet location and only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The community pool is a bust. It is 3 miles away in town and would need to drive there and have to pay for parking. We did not use it once. The keypad lock for the front door needs to be replaced but besides that I would recommend this home for your vacation needs.

First of all, when I booked the property on the map it appeared to be around the corner from the Atlantic Beach. Upon arrival, it was in fact a mile or more down an inlet, not walkable to the beach. while it was on an inlet (5 minute walk) that was not the shore. The first night, after traveling all day, we discovered the stove/range did not work, along with a problem draining the master tub. It took me 3 texts/phone calls until Tuesday to get these issues repaired. There were a few other minor issues too, but we worked around them. While the pool was inconvenient (children), we were aware of that, so no problem.Overall, I thought the property was overpriced for its location.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and we're glad you gave us a try. We're sorry the location didn't match what you expected — our map pin shows general proximity rather than the exact address, which we only share after booking. We're also sorry for the trouble with the stove and the tub drain on your first night. We got those addressed as soon as we could within the timeframe you reached out, and we appreciate your patience while we sorted them out.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The quiet location was perfect for our group to walk and bike all around the island. We loved the spacious master suite and private balconies as well as the well-stocked kitchen and ample dining area. We appreciated the lovely decorations and handmade art throughout the house. The king bed mattress was firm and comfortable but the other upstairs mattresses may need to be replaced soon. The pool was the only disappointment - it was 2 miles away, very small and not at all clean during our visit. Thankfully the beach was a 3 minute walk away and that’s what we were there for. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again.

Great place

Everything was great overall. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to go to North Beach/Mid Beach/South Beach. The beach closest to the property has a lot of rocks which is bad for swimming but you can see dolphins from the shore in the evening. Bring your own tent/umbrella/shade. The property has beach chairs, toys, etc but not a tent or umbrella made for the beach.
