Unit worked well for our stay. My Son his wife and I were the guests at the size and layout of the unit was perfect. The unit is showing some wear and tear and probably should have a significant maintenance overhaul.

Stay in Cocoa beach was great and Amanda was very helpful. I would recommend them for anyone wanting a condo in Cocoa beach to go through them

5 Stars - Perfect vacation spot

Everything about this condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some! The balcony has the best view of the morning sunrises! We were also lucky enough to watch a Space X launch right from our balcony! We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our break.

Perfect!

This unit was perfect! It had everything we needed for our week stay. It was spacious and super cute! The balcony was big and had several seating. My son loved the basketball court and my daughter spent most of her time in the pool. It was perfect distance to the beach.

Excellent space!

Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Master bedroom was bigger than expected and the walk in closet was a bonus. Plenty of drawer space in both bedrooms. Balcony is spacious and the view is gorgeous! The pool was clean and not too crowded. There’s a kitchenette poolside with indoor seating. Definitely recommend this property!

Great place

This property, overall, was great. At first we were a little disappointed as the pictures in the listing portrayed the property as a bit more posh than in was in real life, but it was still comfortable. The master bath shower was clogged but they fixed it almost immediately. Really our only complaint is that there were not enough towels and there were no sheets for the pullout couch. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would consider staying again, should we find ourselves vacationing in Cape Canaveral.

This was a cute condo perfect or our annual family vacation to the ocean! The place was clean and had a lot of extras. As someone who prefers to cook in vs dine out, the kitchen was set up nicely for cooking during our stay. I was especially excited about sharp kitchen knives, a full sized refrigerator w/ water dispenser, and ample pans & utensils. The bedrooms were cute and the king bed was comfortable.I appreciate there being a few things for the kids like boogie boards, and it was nice to have beach chairs. The hosts were generous with toilet paper, dish soap, bath & beach towels, and more. It is REALLY nice to have those little extras (to *not have to run to the store for 1 last roll of toilet paper on your final day is nice)!We loved the large balcony with lots of furniture. The towel drying rack was a nice bonus. They had a pack-n'-play for babies/toddlers (though we had brought our own). The large sliding doors are a bit loud at night. Most of us had no issues sleeping, but if you are a lighter sleeper, ear plugs might be helpful. The dryer filter was a little finicky and needed adjusting throughout each load. One shower door was missing from the bathroom, so a little extra caution was needed as to not soak the bathroom floor.Overall, none of these items were a big enough issue to contact the host and none of them would deter us from staying again! It was such a nice, much needed week away on the beach and I'm already daydreaming of next year!

Place was good but lacking some amenities

The condo had a lot of good amenities. The beds were comfortable and the large porch with the ocean view was great. It was also nice to have that view from the master bedroom. The refrigerator was spacious and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We loved the hot tub, heated pool, and pickle ball courts. We do have a few suggestions of things that could have been better. - kitchen supplies - a pancake turner/spatula would have been helpful, the bowls and plates were not microwaveable, the frying pans have lost their nonstick coating and even with spray food stuck to them. - It would have been nice to have a smart TV to log into our streaming services or a streaming device. The DVD player did not have a remote, so we couldn’t tell if it was smart or not. - the bed frames/headboards in the twin room were squeaky, so probably need to be tightened- there’s a safety issue with the dryer because it won’t stop when you open it - it continues to run. Additionally it would’ve been nice to be disable the buzzer (EXTREMELY LOUD) on the dryer - the exhaust fan in the master bath is installed backwards, so it sucks air in instead of exhausting it out- hanging blinds in master bedroom are hard to open and close.- things that were missing when we got there: second key to pool, measuring cups/spoons, a fourth dining room chair, remote for dvd, any detergent for the dishwasher. If these things are supplied it would move from ok to good!

We had a great time at this condo! It looked like the pictures. It was clean. It was an affordable condo with a great view of the beach. The parking lot is covered which is nice. There were a few things that weren’t perfect, but it’s okay since it was priced fairly. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the washer. The host had great communication and tried to get a repairman ASAP but it messed up on a weekend. The washer was not fixed before we left on Wednesday. I would recommend upgrading the pots and pans. Some were nonstick and the surfaces were scratched up really bad. The pool was not open during our stay due to balcony work. It might have said that in the listing- I’m not sure. We were not able to rinse or spray off our beach items at that condo bc of the closed pool. We would sneak next door to use their hose. The balcony door lock in the living room was kinda messed up and it was hard to lock and unlock and was loose. The complex is quiet and we didn’t see a lot of people. The beach was great. We got to see a rocket launch, went parasailing, ate lots of good food, visited a spring, shopped, went mini golfing and go carting. It is a great area to visit. We did see a (peaceful) protest in Cocoa Beach around Walgreens on Saturday. I’m okay with freedom of speech, but not okay with cuss words written on signs for my kids to read. Not the condos fault of course. I definitely appreciated the cooler, chairs, and umbrella. I would stay here again! Loved the balcony seating.
