Dette hjem giver komfortabelt plads til 10 personer. Landskabet er charmerende med en indhegnet gård, udendørs grill og en udendørs bruser i baghaven nyligt installeret i 2017. 4 soveværelser består af; et soveværelse med king size seng boudoir og en enkeltseng, 2 queensize senge og 2 dobbelt køjesenge. Fuldt fyldt med sengetøj, opvaskemaskine, ovn, mikroovn, standard kaffemaskine, elektrisk komfur, køleskab / fryser, vaskerum med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler alt inkluderet. This condo was clean, spacious and a great location for our family. We walked everywhere and enjoyed sitting on the many porches!

WALKABLE LOCATION

Loved our stay. Very walkable location to shopping and the boardwalk. Loved the house and the porch. A bonus that they are dog friendly.

Family trip

Wonderful house we were traveling with our daughter her family and her dog we loved the house clean great location and the kitchen had everything you need to cook I was pleasantly surprised we plan on going back next year.

Nice house, great location

Best place in OC to travel with a dog

Since the pandemic, we travel with our dog. This is the best choice in Ocean City for bringing a dog. There's a fenced in yard, you're close to dog-friendly restaurants, a dog beach and parks. The place has everything we need and lots of room for the entire family.

Lovely

This old Victorian has a lot of charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was terrific. This kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen for a rental. Loved the morning sun on the front porch. Nice big dining room table and additional seating in the breakfast room off the kitchen. Lots of nice touches and happy to have linens and towels included. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great week at the shore

We picked this property mostly because it was dog friendly, and it was. Could have been closer to the beach, but we knew that. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great porch. One room didn’t have bedding. Small dishwasher that sometimes seemed to leak. Overall, really liked the place.

Great time

Responsive host. Clean. Even though pet friendly, the place did not smell of dogs. It was 0.5 miles from the beach. Right next to the farmers market and a quick walk to the shops on Asbury. I suggest guests bring a blackout curtain with suction cups for the windows if you like a dark room for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyable, Animal Friendly House on a Quaint Street

My family and dog enjoyed our stay at this well-maintained property. It was nice to be away from the craziness of OC but still in walking distance to shopping and food. We ran into an issue on our second day but the owner responded very quickly. It was fixed within an hour and in no fault to anyone. The prompt response was much appreciated and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you Grace, for the wonderful week!

Very comfortable property

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely appointed and well taken care of. Grace was very quick to assist with anything we needed. The layout was great for our big group. The kitchen has everything you need and more: Keurig and standard coffee pot, plenty of cooking supplies...even a stand mixer! It could use a few more bath towels and hand towels but we got by. The distance to the beach was a bit further than we expected. Not hard for us but a bit much for my 70+ yr old parents and little ones no longer in strollers. Otherwise perfect and fantastic value for the price.

Late summer getaway

The pics do not do the property justice. It was just fantastic. The primary bedroom is wonderful, the walk in closet was a surprise. The grill worked perfectly, the fire pit was also great. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The ACME was close. I wish we would have came a few weeks sooner as all of the boardwalk stores were not open when advertised. We took the liberty of loging out of all the streaming services left by previous guests. Maybe leave that reminder somewhere, or maybe it was written down but there were quite a few accounts that were still logged in. The range/oven could use an update but worked. The washer/dryer shook the entire house! Overall everything was great hopefully we will be back earlier in the summer next year as it rained everyday but Wednesday. Thank you for having us it was a much needed getaway back to the beach we took our boys to every summer for the 5 years we lived in Philly. Hope to see you soon

Wonderful stay!

We love OCNJ and loved this choice for our week. Every thing we needed for our stay was provided. Grace was a pleasure to work with and very prompt with any communications. The home was very clean and everything was perfect. Looking forward to returning!

Great location

We had a great time in Ocean City, the house was decorated for Christmas which was so kind. I had technical difficulties with the app that made it impossible to for me to connect with the owner. My chat didn't work. Not the owners fault at all. I would say we did not have enough toilet paper, dishwashing detergent or paper towels for our stay. Otherwise the house was stocked and perfect for what we needed.

Post Labor Day

Beautiful old home within walking distance to the boardwalk and Beach. It was a very nice week with plenty of room for a large family. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely Quaint But Updated House

The house is on a very pretty and quiet tree-lined street and was absolutely immaculate! Very well appointed with many amenities. We loved being so close to the main Asbury business district, but the walk to the beach was longer than expected (about 1/2 mile) so we ended up driving our heavy items down. Hard to find dog-friendly properties that are so well maintained and clean. All in all, we had a wonderful week.

Exceptional OCNJ Property

This was our 5th time renting the 2nd/3rd floor unit. It’s a fantastic property on a quiet street. Grace and Mike are super hosts. 5 stars for everything!

Wonderful stay in Ocean City!

My family and our friends had a wonderful stay in OCNJ! The house was neat as a pin and there was so much space for the four adults and four children-4 boys, ages 3-6. Great location-easy to walk to beach and boardwalk. Communication with Grace was easy and she was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely consider renting this property in the future!

Ocean city get away

Rented property for two nights in May. House is as described, photos are accurate. Lovely quiet neighborhood and landscaped yard. Unfortunately, The weather was ridiculously windy and I could not enjoy the beach or boardwalk. I would like to rent this house again in more favorable weather.

Very attractive home near everything

We liked that there were plenty of beds and the kitchen had every supply imaginable. The property had pretty landscaping and there were places to sit outside … although the weather was treacherous, so we had to stay inside and play rainy day games for three days. We liked the fireplace. I recommend that they upgrade the window coverings. They spoiled the look of an otherwise nice place. .

I grew up with my summers down in Ocean City where we rented a couple weeks at a time. The youngest of six kids we did pretty well having our vacations down here. We had big family gatherings, beautiful days at the beach, and the nightlife of walking the boardwalk. My mother always loved Ocean City, I told her one day I would own a house down here. This place makes me feel close to her. Its a beautiful house and a dream of mine come true. Its just simple, i want to share the joy of the Shore home with all of you in hopes that you find the magical in Ocean City, N.J. as we did as a children and as we still do.

This property is 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, right next to the Tabernacle church whom hosts weekly farmers' market event during the summer season, and Ocean City Skateboard Park. Conveniently close to the shopping district of Asbury Avenue, which is one block behind this house. Fun Summer Events held weekly on OC boardwalk and Asbury Avenue. Detailed list of numerous Ocean City N.J. events for the Summer Season listed on unit Refrigerators.

One Dog Limit, limit on breed, and additional Pet fee,. Linens and bath towels included, no need to bring your own. Front porch with wonderful ocean breezes and outstanding views of the Moon. Outside back yard propane fire pit with cushioned patio furniture and newly custom built large outside tiled shower with rain fall shower heads.
