We come to AMI once a year, We loved staying at this property !! Very Close to the beach. Had all the beach accessories we needed. Pool was fantastic The only thing I could have asked for was a broom to be at the property. Our 3 year old dropped his fruit loops on the floor. Definitely will keep this property in mind for our next trip !!

Great Rental In A Great Location!

My wife and I were truly honored to spend a week in a absolutely beautiful rental unit. Pride of ownership showed through and through and the location so close to the beach really sealed the deal.

Great Location and Amenities

The location is perfect and truly is a block and a half from the beach! The house is immaculate, modern, and tastefully decorated. The private pool is a lovely feature, and the putting greens are perfect for that golfer in your family. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to AMI!

Great Time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Tyme 2. It was a short walk to the beach and we could see the ocean from the balcony off of the living area. It also convenient to the north end of the island where we did most of our eating and shopping. Great Time!

Pool was awesome. Rental staff was great. A/C went out on the second day. Within hours they had portable units and an A/C repair company there.

All Around Amazing Get-A-Way...

This house fit our needs just perfectly. It was great for my infant daughter to run around in the fenced-in yard and play golf on the greens and also swim in the morning before her nap and it was only a very short walk down the road to the beach. The property was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend for any small family or group. We will be returning.

This was a great property and had all the items you’d need for a fun stay. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to bring to the beach. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. *Be mindful that you are supplied with one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. If you cook, you need to bring your own butter/oil, salt/pepper, coffee supplies (including sugar). Anything the prior renter used is thrown away. You are supplied with dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs (2), and very little shower supplies. Plenty of house and beach towels supplied!

5 Stars

The home was so close to the beach and had all of the necessities. The decor is so simple but yet beautiful. The putting greens around the pool were fun. But watch out for the crows. They fly down and steal the golf balls. You need to keep them on the bad or insides. My son in law witnessed it. K

Very clean, airy, organized, comfortable. Had everything we needed. My husband enjoyed cooking on the new outdoor grill. Only drawback for us, we thought it was pricey especially when the rate close to doubled beginning Feb 18. We were looking to book 3-4 weeks, as we have in previous years in this area, but only booked 2 weeks because of this. But, I guess prices increased all around this area.

Perfect Trip

This place was awesome. The location (1block) walk to the most beautiful beach couldn't have been greater. The house was decorated nicely and we had everything we needed. Most importantly the beds were so comfortable which is such an important thing on vacation! The pool area was perfect for after the beach and loved the shape and the overhang if it rained ( it thankfully never did) The host provided beach towels,4 beach chairs and a great beach wagon. We were even able to put our kayak rental on top to wheel to the beach! The only small suggestion I could give if looking for them would be to add cushions to the outdoor lounge chairs. I have the same polywood chairs and they become a little uncomfortable to sit on. I would definitely visit this home again

Amazing Stay!

My family and I loved staying at Turtle Tyme. The amenities were great, the proximity to the beach can't be beat, the pool and the putting green were so much fun. The house had ample beach equipment and also plenty of pool furniture to lounge on. My kids loved the TV in the pool area! The house itself was very well appointed and had such a fun beach vibe...the decor was perfect for a vacation house on the beach! I loved the patio with the furniture outside to be able to see the ocean and have morning coffee or a HH. The house felt spacious and the furniture and beds were all comfortable. There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. One morning we had an internet issue and AML was on it immediately. I was very impressed with their attentiveness to solving the problem. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better, more comfortable house that was situated so close to the beach with a nice pool. It was a great week!
