I’m very sorry the home wasn’t properly cleaned — the number of spiders, the heavy dust (including on the fourth‑floor fan), unclean utensils, and bedding that didn’t meet your expectations fell short of the standard we aim for. We’ve notified housekeeping for a thorough deep clean and retraining on our pre‑arrival inspection checklist to ensure missed areas are caught. Pest control has been scheduled to inspect and treat as needed. Housekeeping will also re‑clean and sanitize all kitchenware, and we’re reviewing and replacing linens so sheets fit properly and are higher quality. Thank you for letting us know; your comments help us improve, and we hope to provide a much smoother stay next time.

Sorry about the issues you encountered — we’ve passed your linen feedback to housekeeping and are upgrading sheets and coverlets and reinforcing our cleaning checklist after finding the hair on the bedding. Maintenance will inspect the lower bedroom’s heating/thermostat and check for insulation issues to keep it comfortable for kids. I apologize for the checkout miscommunication — we’ve shared this with the team so guest messages are honored going forward. We also followed up with NorthStar to ensure spa/fitness keys are activated before arrival, and we’re coordinating with the HOA to schedule any exterior work at more considerate times and to replace the faded address numbers and improve the hot tub lock visibility. For each home, we do only supply a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, condiments, etc..). With that said, we do asks guests to supply their own when that starter pack runs out. We offer the priority check-in a couple of days before your reservation, which should you accept, would give us plenty of time to ensure that it is ready for your arrival. If a guest does not accept the offer, we cannot guarantee an earlier check-in than 4pm, as we need the added time to prepare the home. I am sorry that the offer came off as wanting more money, that was certainly not our intension. Regardless, we would love to host you again. </span></span></span>
