The property was wonderful. The sunsets amazing!!Resort Rentals made for an easy check in and check out and were quick to respond to questions. Our one disappointment was the lack of resort towels for the beach and pool. You will have to pack your own or purchase them once you arrive. A little inconvenient for those traveling far. Otherwise I would highly recommend and will likely book our room again next year.

What a beautiful room and location. So clean and smelled so fresh. The view was absolutely amazing. The beach was so clean and beautiful. Only issue we had was that they do not have ice machines on the property. No big deal though, Circle K was across the street. We will definitely be back!!

We were disappointed with check in and out times. Check out was 10am. Not standard times. We had a problem with tiny bugs..hundreds of them in the kitchen and master bedroom.

Sunset Vistas is an exquisite property with beautiful views of the gulf, gorgeous landscaping, and outstanding amenities such as the beach bar, small cafe, 2 hot tubs, and both a child’s and adult pool. The room was beautifully decorated in a beach theme with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 comfortable bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and an adult beverage to enjoy the sunset! I highly recommend this rental for easy access to the elevator, covered parking directly in front of the elevator, and easy communication with the host management. I will certainly stay there again!

Wonderful location! Breathtaking views. Close to John's pass. Very clean. It was really nice to have a bar and a cafe in the building! We enjoyed time at both the large pool/hot tub and the kiddie pool/hot tub. Beds were very comfortable! However, it's time for a new sofa sleeper/mattress.PLEASE consider providing beach chairs, beach towels and more cooking utensils. It was nice to have a few rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, small bars of soap, and dishwasher detergent to get us started. Why not throw in some laundry pods, too?Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would love to stay here again!
