Hi Serena, Thank you for your glowing review and for choosing Kos Place for your second stay! We’re thrilled to hear that you love the property’s vibe, its well-equipped setup, and the superb location. It’s wonderful to know that you enjoyed the short walks to Hughes Road General Store and Cameron's Bight, especially with your Golden Retriever—it sounds like the perfect morning routine! We truly appreciate your suggestion about adding air conditioning, especially during those hot days. We’ll certainly take this into consideration to enhance the comfort of future stays. Thank you for your kind words and for being such wonderful guests. We’re so happy you consider Kos Place a “piece of heaven,” and we can’t wait to welcome you back for another blissful getaway! 😊 Best Regards, The Team at Ready Set Stay

Hi Adrienne, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and the house, but we’re truly sorry about the condition of the BBQ. This definitely falls short of the experience we aim to provide and we will address this. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can welcome you back for a better stay next time. Best Regards, The Team at Ready Set Stay

Hi Lauren, Thank you for your detailed feedback, we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the fantastic location, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and secure pet-friendly yard, especially being so close to the dog beach. We’re also pleased the early check-in and smooth communication made your stay easier. We do appreciate you taking the time to share areas for improvement. We’re sorry to hear about the mouse sighting, this is certainly not a typical experience as we have not had this happen at the home before. Regarding parking, access to the roller door is not included as part of the listing. We also appreciate your feedback on the kitchen items and bedding. Comfort preferences can vary, but we will take this on board, along with the note regarding additional cookware, as we continue to review and improve the property setup. In terms of pricing, Easter is a peak period and rates do reflect high demand, particularly for last-minute bookings. Thank you again for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your getaway overall and hope to welcome you back again in the future. Regards Ready Set Stay Team

Hi John, Thank you so much for your positive review! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another indulgent getaway in the future. Best Regards, The Team at Ready Set Stay
