We had a wonderful week here. Everything was clean and easy to find. View of the beach was incredible. The carts at the place made it so easy to load and unload. Thanks for having us.

Girl's Trip

The unit is perfect for vacation. It's beachfront with gorgeous views! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and decorated nicely.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful stay at Summer House. We enjoyed our stay and condos were very nice. Enjoyed view from balcony watching dolphins and even caught sight of spinning shark. Very comfortable and well equipped condo.

Summerhouse 405a

Loved the condo plenty of space for all 10 of us. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Our grandson’s for trip to the beach was amazing easy access to beach and pool.

Beach trip

The condo was excellent. The view and accessibility was fabulous. Cannot say enough good things about the service. Had a problem with getting in but call was quickly returned and issue resolved. Enjoy our stay very much!!

Beautiful beachfront property

This was our first time to Orange Beach and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean. Spacious. Amazing view. The pool was great and the beach was within steps. Property was clean and everyone very friendly. The condo was a quick walk to some souvenirs stores and short drive to great food options. Can’t wait for next year!

Good location; great view of the Gulf

Everything was great. Would have given a 5 star rating but the drainage in tub/shower was slow. The bedroom carpet had several stains and probably needs replacing. Otherwise, it was a great condo.

The property was excellent. Every bit as good as the pictures. The management team was truly outstanding. We had no problems, but we had some general questions. Every single person was kind, helpful and gave me quick responses. They were just great and made the experience that much better. Dean

Great location

The location on the beach was great. The condo was very nice and roomy. It was very clean except for the guest bathroom tub/shower was left dirty and dingy. Very not pleased with that. There was no cleaning supplies anywhere so I had to go to the store to buy supplies. Also the glass door to the balcony was very hard to open. It took 2 of us to do so.

Family vacation

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. We love it. Very convenient to everything. The main issue we had was we couldn’t open the door to the patio from the living room. It was extremely hard. So we had to go thru the master bedroom to go out on the balcony. The drain in the hallway bathroom bathtub is extremely slow. Had to take showers in the master bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay & if those things had been fixed it would have been perfect. We didn’t report the problems during our stay because we just wanted to relax. We will definitely return but hope those issues will be fixed.

Room was great, but wouldn't stay at the property again.

The room itself was great! The bathrooms and TV's could use some updating but other than that, we loved the room. But we will not be staying at the Summer House property again. For one, there are only two elevators. Either one or both of them were broken/down every single day of our stay. Which, with two wagons, a large cooler, and two babies, made it impossible to take the stairs. So we were stuck waiting for sometimes 30 min or more to even get onto the elevators. I met a family who owns a room at Summer House and they say it's a recurring issue. Another major issue was the lack of parking. The majority of our week, when we got back to the condo (which wasn't very late at all because we have babies with us), the parking lot was already full. We had to go to the overflow parking across the street and walk two babies across a busy 4 lane highway. I feel as if there had to have been people there not abiding by the "two car rule". Either way, we love Orange Beach, and this room being right on the ocean was wonderful! Unfortunately, the ocean was a "purple flag" all week, and was full of jellyfish. Two of us got pretty bad stings when we were out just knee deep trying to cool off. Needless to say, the pool was beyond packed all week due to high heat and being unable to enjoy the ocean. We are excited to visit Orange Beach again in the future, but unfortunately, it will not be at Summer House.

We had a great stay. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. We had a couple rainy days so it was nice to have the indoor pool, gym, hot tub and sauna- we used them all! The location was very convenient to stores and our big kids could even walk to a few. Staff on the property were very friendly and kept the outdoor area and elevators clean. Plenty of carts/buggies to move belongings. There was an issue with the master shower. I think it was possibly installed by the plumber wrong. The one handle’s off position was in the center so turning to the left you get all cold water and turning to the right you get all hot water so impossible to have a nice warm shower. Once you move it over to the left slightly to cool the water you’re back at the center in the off position so you had to pick either a cold or a scalding hot shower. We cooked dinner most nights and needed an oven safe baking dish but there was not one. I messaged ahead of time if the coffee maker was a Keurig and was told it was but it was only a traditional one so had to go buy regular coffee and filters. Just a few minor inconveniences that we expect while traveling. It’s a great property, with overflow parking for our big kids that had to drive separately. The gate guards were extremely helpful with that and so friendly each time we came through. The balcony was huge with plenty of room for us all to gather with such a nice view. Definitely recommend this place!!

Five stars! The condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well organized. The beds were wonderful! The view was amazing! We sat on the balcony and watched dolphins and listened to the waves. It also has a great pool view. We had a great time and hope to be back again soon.
