2026 vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was challenging to get into unit. Had a nice stay. Initially had to unlock lock box over bikes in the garage to get key fob to elevator and keys to unit. Two lock boxes. Had to text for assistance. Residents did not seem happy that the lock box was on a pipe in the garage. Finally got to unit and had a difficult time between using the key and the code. We had to go in search of a younger person to help us. We are senior citizens. After driving the few hours to get there everyone needed a restroom. The challenges of getting in was frustrating. It felt like we were on the Amazing Race show. It took us a few days to figure out the microwave and tv in living room. Didn’t even attempt the bedroom tvs. The unit was very comfortable. Plenty of room.

Our trip

Great view of thebeach and ocean. Good location. Nice property. Only complaint is streaming tvs only. No comcast or verizon.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We expected the beds to be made up and towels placed in the bathrooms. These items were in a bin and bag outside the condo. We had to clean the floors because the bottoms of our feet were dirty & black.

Thank you for the feedback, it will be noted and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. The lines are left in bins for tenants to place on beds as we have found that tenants prefer it that way so they no that the lines are new and cleaned. The linen company can do a bed making service for an additional fee.

North WW Condo

The 4 br penthouse condo is very nice and homey. Everything works as it should. The kitchen was well outfitted. Ideally, I would have liked the 3rd br to have a queen bed instead of twins, but we adapted. Location is great and the views were excellent. The first 2 nights the city hosted a bbq competition which was really bad for the ambiance and views. Porta potties and dumpsters were kind of disgusting to look at. Its not like you can even buy their products. Its a terrible event for residents. I will try to book a different week to avoid this event if we decide to go back next year.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a great week at the Jersey Shore! The property is big and bright and has a great view of the ocean from the balacony where we had our morning coffee. Right across the street are 2 great bar/restaurants; The Inlet and Flip Flopz. The Inlet had live music every day/night which we could enjoy from our balcony. Also, they close off the street for about 3 nlocks and there are many other restaurants and bars with live music and ice cream shops. We went bike riding on the boardwalk every morning which is just a 10 minute ride away. We did spend time in the pool, however, it is not kid friendly. It is only open from 11am-6pm, kids under 16 cannot be in the pool without an adult and there are no pool toys allowed. Also, the pool is only 3 feet deep. It is more like a dipping pool than a swimming pool. But other than that we all had a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was nicely decorated, except for the furniture which was white and the covers dirty. The owner should have disclosed that they own a dog. Some people are highly allergic to dogs dander. The twin beds were too high and hard to sleep on so I had to put my disabled daughter and myself on the sleeper couch. When I first opened the sleeper there were crumbs under the cushions and the sheet was stained yellow which I removed and left in the laundry room. When we tried sitting on the front patio there were sand fleas or no serums. So it cost me about 60$ for large citronella cards and bugs sprays. This is our fifth time staying at the pointe and this did not live up to our expectations.

Reviewer Comments: The place was well equipped and lovely. 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, clean and comfortable.The view was spectacular- Ocean inlet, the popular bars and restaurants in walking distance and being able to hear the music and observe the view from the outdoor deck made it just perfect for our mixed age group!Then bonus pool area, gym and parking!
