It is walking distance to La Costa Spa/ Salon, two golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. The Forum in Carlsbad, the Flower Fields, Legoland, and South Ponto Beach are all a short drive from here. Explore a little further south and head to La Jolla Shores and discover all that San Diego has to offer with our Zoo, museums, Little Italy, Gas Lamp District, Harbor, and Old Town.

Complete with Thor appliances, very comfortable leather couch and hand-crafted dining table and desk. This will be the perfect space for an executive to stay and work, or a couple just looking for a place to relax and reconnect.

A There will be no refund for anything booked within 30 days of arrival. Purchasing travel insurance is always a good idea. We offer this through Guardian if you are interested.
Q What is your check-in and check-out time?
A Check in 4 pm, Check out 10 am
Q Is someone easily available via a cell phone or onsite in case of an emergency?
A Yes – that will come in your check in instructions
Q Is the condo stocked with paper products (plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, tissue)?
A Yes. We provide a starter set of paper products

Q Do condo guests have access to any of the resort pools or tennis courts?
A No - That is a members only area, but you have your own pool outside of your building.

Step outside and enjoy many of the resort's public amenities, including award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping, the spa and salon, Peet's Coffee and Marketplace. While resort pools, golf course and tennis facilities are reserved for members and hotel guests, you'll have your own community pool just steps away. Resort Day Pass' to many of the resort amenities may be purchased through www.resortpass.com.

RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old, must occupy the property throughout the reservation, and must electronically sign SoCal Vacay's rental agreement before check-in. The complete agreement will also be provided in the Airbnb message thread after booking.

By booking, the guest agrees that only the occupants and pets included in the Airbnb reservation may occupy the property. Changes to dates, guest count, or pet count require prior approval and must be processed through Airbnb. Parties, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, smoking, incense, illegal activity, and commercial events are prohibited.

The Airbnb cancellation policy applicable to the reservation controls. All reservation payments, modifications, fees, damage claims, excessive-cleaning claims, and other reservation-related amounts will be disclosed and processed through Airbnb. SoCal Vacay will not directly charge the guest's credit or debit card for reservation-related amounts.

The guest is responsible for actual damage caused by the guest, invitees, pets, or other animals under the guest's control, excluding ordinary wear and tear. Permitted claims will be documented and submitted through Airbnb's Resolution Center.

Check-in and checkout times must be followed. Early check-in or late checkout requires prior approval. Guests must promptly report access, maintenance, cleanliness, or property-condition concerns during their stay by calling SoCal Vacay at 760-407-2806.

SoCal Vacay may enter the property when reasonably necessary to address an emergency, investigate a reported disturbance, verify occupancy, prevent or inspect damage, or perform necessary maintenance or repairs.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and Airbnb's Accessibility Policy. If you do not agree to these terms or are unwilling to sign the complete rental agreement, please do not book. CARLSBAD REQUIREMENT: The signed rental agreement also serves as the renter's formal acknowledgment of responsibility for compliance by all occupants and guests, as required by Carlsbad Municipal Code § 5.60.070(H)(3).
