House+Casita North of Santa Teresa - Walk to Beach - Sleeps 8

We look forward to welcoming you to Casa Del Arbol in beautiful Costa Rica! The English translation is ‘Tree House’ as it is nestled amongst the most amazing trees and surrounded by palms while being just minutes to the beach.

It is situated between Hermosa Beach (6 min drive) and Manzanillo beach (2 min drive) and is a 15 min drive to the surf town of Santa Teresa. There is an amazing Asian fusion restaurant right across the road and lots of restaurants in Hermosa close by. Santa Teresa is packed full of plenty of restaurants and shops.

The property was newly built in 2022. It is designed to offer a relaxing open space to nature with the comfort of a home away from home while enjoying the abundance of wildlife.

The space

The main house offers high speed internet, two large air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds, lots of clothing storage space, large master en-suite bathroom and a second full bathroom. The fully equipped open concept kitchen and living room look out on to the infinity pool and large deck area with a nice little peak at the ocean.

The outdoor space is equipped with a BBQ cooking area, large dining table and plenty of shaded seating space to hear and see the wonderful wildlife, take a dip in the pool and enjoy the sunset from the Casita with family and friends.

There is a second smaller house on the property we call the Casita just a few steps away from the main house with high speed internet. It is air-conditioned with a large deck (fully enclosed for safety of toddlers), queen bed, set of bunk beds, lots of clothing storage space and full bathroom. The kitchenette has a mid-size fridge, sink, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and electric cook pan. The two headed outdoor shower is a great way to cool and clean off when returning from the beach.

Both houses included in the price per night, make the property perfect for two families , a group of friends or added privacy for larger families to share a wonderful vacation!

Other things to note

We can book all the activities you would like to do including but not limited to; surfing, horseback riding, zip lining, waterfall hike and deep sea fishing. We can also book a private chef, massages and yoga at the house. Just let us know! Our house concierge, Agustina, will be pleased to assist for the length of your stay with anything you may need to have the most wonderful vacation!
