The property was cozy and quiet. Very clean and had almost everything we needed. The drinking water system was empty and the freezer does not make ice. The management company was not able to refill the water jug during our visit. Bring water and ice with you. Outside of that, the place was just as described. Beautiful scenery, quiet area, and very clean house.

Enjoyed our stay! The hot tub and views were the best part. The house was well stocked which made it feel like the original days of the short term rental boom. The vinyl record player was a big added bonus and I loved the amenities for our dogs including the basket with all the doggie supplies you could need. As stated by other reviews, the only downside was lack of drinking water. There were two jugs but both were empty. But thanks to the other reviews, we came prepared. Would love to return to this spot in the future. It is the perfect weekend getaway destination.

Very private and so much space for our dog to roam and explore. Bungalow was very cute and spacious. Everything on site worked just fine, including the hot tub.

Great slice of the Hill Country near Wimberley. We were traveling for a wedding at Videre Estates nearby; location, accommodations, and facilities (hot tub and fire pit) were a perfect fit for our needs. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect getaway home. Close enough to town to be reasonable, but far enough away to feel secluded. Property was clean and serene. Watched deer in the creek bed and listened to the birds. Will definitely stay again!

This bungalow was a nice get away that offered a secluded feel without being too far from town. We did bring extra toilet paper, thankfully, because only 1.5 rolls were provided for our 3 night stay. But other than that, this was an awesome property in a great location at a great price point!

Great property inside and out. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Patio area was nice in the mornings for bird and deer watching. Closeness to both downtown Wimberly and Blanco was a definite plus!!

Cute house on a gorgeous property. Love that it was dog friendly. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work, and that was the sole reason we booked that location. The filtered water dispenser was empty, busted blinds in the kitchen, and a moldy disgusting bath mat in the shower. I tried to get in contact with the property managers before leaving a review, and was not contacted.

Great location, big yard, hot tub was a nice touch , too, so relaxing! Loved seeing the wildlife( deer, fox, squirrels and birds) up close. The bed was comfortable. We utilized the outdoor grill and indoor kitchen to prepare most of our own meals... it was overall great stay.

The house and location were nice, but I was disappointed that we never got any drinking water there. I sent a message to the Property Manager, they responded that the "team" would respond. Never got any drinking water.

Everything was great. House was nice. Location was beautiful. The only negative would’ve been the ants in the kitchen, but that’s part of being out in the country.

Great Stay

My husband and adult daughter stayed for 4 days and had a great time! Great location, loved the space the property had, used the charcoal grill which was nice and enjoyed the peace and quiet! I would definitely go back!!!

We loved our stay at the bungalow. It was close enough to town but far enough away. We loved that they had a record player and records! Played music every morning while getting ready on it. It was perfect for what we needed and would stay there again.
