Clean and spacious

We loved having the extra loft space for our daughters, especially with its own bathroom, it was such a great bonus! The place was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy and seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This was exactly what we were looking for. It was cozy and close to pretty much everything you need. The owner was very nice and very responsive. This is going to be our go-to when visiting Mammoth Lakes.

Great Location and Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and well outfitted with all the necessities. The owner called to see if we had any questions. The location was great for walking and enjoying the magnificent views in Mammoth.

great condo. very nice remodeled kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Condo was small but definitely comfortable with 4 people. Living room sofa is very comfy. its an end unit which makes it easy to get in and out.

Our stay was close to everything in town and within driving distance to local attractions. The beds were super comfy and the community was quiet. We will come back in the future!

This is a no-frills condo. The best parts were Marc, the owner, who was very responsive and helpful regarding some issues that arose during our stay, and the big comfortable couch. The condo's common space is small and very dark, without much lighting - this may be cozy in the winter, but not what we were looking for in the summer, and we were surprised, especially since the pictures made it look bright. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, note that it's a corner unit and very loud. We couldn't keep the windows open, so I suggest bringing a fan and a noise machine. Outside of that, we liked the convenience of the location, within walking distance to Vons and some restaurants. That said, I thought the price point was relatively in line with what we got.

Everything you could need to enjoy vacation

It was wonderful to have a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked home base for our 4 nights in Mammoth. Our kids (5 and 8) loved the games and the loft, each making a cozy nest in their bed areas. The living area was perfectly laid out for each of us to have enough space to chill out after some exhausting days and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We also enjoyed all the amenities and had great conversations with the other guests and residents. Mark was very proactive and easy to communicate with and we’re very happy we got to enjoy this home!

Great lil condo roomier than it lets on

This condo had plenty of space for the four of us, I wish I would have invited a couple more friends! While it's technically a 1 bedroom, the loft has 2 queens and a twin, so there are beds for 7 people, a table for four, and counter dining for 4. I believe the capacity is 6, which sounds like a lot for a "1 bedroom" but with 2 baths, it'd work fine. We'd like to come back!

Just Perfect for our family Mammoth Trip!

This took care of our family perfectly. We have some Snowboarders and some not partaking. Being within walking distance to most of town meant they could get around and still enjoy the wonders of Mammoth. The unit itself was very nicely appointed. A modern cabin vibe. The beds were super comfy. Access to the unit issue was never an issue. The property maintains roads and walkways each morning after it snowed. I never use it but the bus system is literally a 30 second walk to hop on and get to the slopes. I just prefer to drive up. Vons is probably a 10 minute walk so super close.Heating was great. Super warm and cozy being it was in the 20s outside we were all very cozy.We will definitely be back next season.

Disappointed

First of all the condo was misrepresented . On the listing under amenities the first thing says A/C If my daughter hadn’t decided last minute to bring her dog I wouldn’t have seen under other questions next to the pet fee that there is no A/C . Supper disappointing considering under the app AC was one of the things we wanted when searching for places . I reached out to propert manager and asked about it and they said I’d have to complain to VRBO . Thankfully the weather was in our favor after the first night . The condo worked but wasn’t clean to my standards . Cobwebs in the light fixtures , dirty glassware, pots and pans way old , dark and dingy. The bathroom with the tub needs traction , my grand daughter slipped and fell hard on her head , plus the shower doors don’t glide well at all .Not to mention the unit is on the corner of a very busy street day and night . Traffic so loud we couldn’t keep our windows open. We made the best of it but would not stay here again .
