The beach is really great. As neighbours we spent a lot of money creating those wave barriers and within a month our beaches were considerably larger and all sand! Kids just love it.

We loved our stay at this property. The water views and beach area is amazing. The house had a lot of activities from a pool table, ping pong to games. It was enjoyable for our family for a quick getaway.

The property is very large! There was plenty of space for our family. We loved being right on the lake, and it was fun to play pool with our teens. Kitchen was well equipped for us to make meals.

Thank you for your feedback. Our kitchen experience is something we are proud of. It is all oak finishings hand made. But, more important, we want to have everything you want in a kitchen and if we get a suggestion, like a air fryer or a rice cooker, we will get it because a well stocked kitchen is the center of any family.

Can’t beat the view! If you are looking for a place to escape your reality this could be the place. Great for family getaway’s, family reunions, small business team building retreats and such. Even though the property is relatively close to the airport we heard a plane like twice during our stay. Very peaceful. The house is in need of some general maintenance and up keep but nothing that takes away from the potential to have an amazing experience. The large beach area is amazing. We would definitely consider going back.

Thanks Mike for your response. The Sault College flight school is at the airport so you might have heard them doing a fly around but no commercial flight will ever be heard. We do try our best to have a spotless place and I would always urge guests that when they do a walk around at the beginning of their stay to identify and area of concern and we will rectify it within 24 hours. Our house manager, Ewa, is very conscientious and takes pride in looking after the place for our guests. She will always call you before you come and have things out to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And we have a lot of amenities stored in 8 garages on the property. Nick pictures Mike.

We had such a wonderful stay at this spacious VRBO property. It was the perfect place to unwind and truly relax.The property was a perfect balance between comfort and charm, making it feel like a home away from home. Property manager was great to deal with. We would absolutely return in the summer and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a restful getaway with family or loved ones.

Excellent place to stay!

A wonderful one-level home for my group for a fun and relaxing stay. The beach and sunsets were fabulous, the house has lots of amenities, we lacked for nothing! It was a great value and great stay!

We enjoyed our one week summer stay at this spacious house on Lake Superior. The sandy beach and the sunsets were amazing. So, was the use of the fire pit overlooking the water. The property manager was kind enough to bring us firewood. There are also many amenities beyond those normally provided. We were able to use an outdoor electric grill. That being said, the condition of the house should have been better. One of the bathroom toilets was broken, bulbs were out throughout the house, and the condition of the kitchen was lacking. Even so, we had wonderful and memorable experience.

Your feedback was timely and pushed us to do a better job. The bathroom has since been repaired, bulbs have been replaced and is now on the regular maintenance list and our kitchen needed a better cleaning. Our house manager was alerted and we sincerely apologize for those deficiencies. Come back and we will not only give you an automatic 25% discount but give us a chance to wow you.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great stay at this house! The house is HUGE with lots of room for everyone. Plus it is dog friendly, which was definitely a plus. We enjoyed the view on the water tremendously. We especially liked how large the property was so we felt like we had plenty of privacy. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful Property on Lake Superio

This is an amazing place and we hope to come back next year. The water was warm and we great for swimming. The house is very spacious with lots of games to enjoy when not outside. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

So much to offer!

The comfort was only overshadowed by the overwhelming amount of amenities within the home. The home was very relaxing and the owner was fabulous with all the communication. I have NEVER had such a positive experience with a vacation rental as this one!

Great winter getaway!

This stay was an amazing experience. The house is so large with so much to do! We really appreciated the gym area and sauna. The house has so much to keep you entertained. The communication with the host was outstanding. He is very quick with responses. He also went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend a stay at this wonderful property!

Beautiful large home on Lake Superior

Our curling team stayed at the home recently when we competed in a National Playdown. While we were there in the "off season" so everything was snowy and the lake wsa frozen but it was still a stunning view.The home is older and has some quirks but it was perfect for our team of 4. We could really spread out. The local manager, Ewa, was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.I think this would be an incredible place to spend a family or group holiday.

SCAM! DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely terrible experience! Paided top dollar for this place with no heat. Crew arrived to the house FREEZING COLD! Fourth bedroom is the floor in the living room. We had to purchase a mattress for the crew member. Master bedroom doo was locked and out of use! Nothing but issues. Tried reaching out the the owner and was told nothing but lies. After our stay the owner claimed with damgaed the house and charged our credit card for an extra money without authorization. We tried speaking to VRBO about the charge and they were no HELP!. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER USING VRBO. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. STICK TO OTHER RENTAL WEBSITES/APPS

This review was posted AFTER the tenant received a bill for over 1000 dollars in damages. Everything the tenant has posted is either wildly exaggerated or wrong with lots of pictures and verification to prove the damages occurred. This is my home. If you treat the place like a crew of college juveniles and wreck the place no doubt your anger is arising from your own behavior at being made accountable. And the person who posted the review never stayed there but only heard from his crew, who clearly, were trying to justify their behaviour from him. So let this review put others on notice. Treat the place like your home (which is the philosophy of Vrbo) and you will thoroughly enjoy the experience. Live and learn.

Unfortunately, one of the 3 full baths, the one in the basement, seemed to have overflowed and it was at the end of the tenants stay not enough time to get it fixed by the plumber. When you have three adults, one bathroom out of commission, makes things difficult though the tenant was very accommodating. Bad timing.

I don't recall the guest had any complaints but the end of September is wonderful for the fall colors which are outstanding but the weather starts to get a bit cooler. You can't use the beach and while the sunsets are still amazing, we do have extra blankets. A bonfire always is cozy. If anyone is thinking of coming after Sept 15, remember the Agawa train which is a Sault Ste Marie highlight for a limited time while the colors change. It is a high demand attraction but if you can get on, then it is definitely a wow. If you have tickets and you are staying at our house, show me the receipt and we will give you 10% off of the room rate.
