Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that the home does have a playroom, and the photos you may have seen after reviewing the initial property photos are most likely from the clubhouse, which offers additional games and amenities. Those games are located at the clubhouse, not inside the home. The number 308 is simply the ID we use to identify this property. We’re glad to hear that the home was in good condition during your 3-night stay, including cleanliness and maintenance. We appreciate your comments and hope you were able to enjoy your time at the property and the community amenities. We also understand that your rating was based on the game room expectation, rather than issues with the home itself. -The IHM Team

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the area and found it peaceful, and we truly appreciate your intention to return. We also understand the frustration with the gate check-in experience. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over traffic or the gate operations in the community, but we are always here to assist and make your stay as smooth as possible whenever issues come up.
