Located in Bradenton Beach, Beach Bay B sits between the Gulf & the Bay and is 2.5 blocks to the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and 1 block to the Bay. With fantastic amenities including a fenced in yard, heated pool, and a great location, welcome to your island vacation retreat.
A quaint and charming front porch welcomes you to Beach Bay B. With many windows and doors, natural light spills throughout the home. The first floor hosts the living room, kitchen with a large island for gathering and seating, as well as a large dining room with a table for eight. An outdoor patio set and gas grill are easily accessible from the dining room through a set of French doors.

The master bedroom with ensuite as well as one other king bedroom are on the main floor. The cabana room with an ensuite bathroom, TV, and twin daybed has French doors leading out to the cozy covered pool lounge area complete with patio furniture.

Back inside and up the staircase, you will find a guest suite with a full kitchen and dining table for four, additional living room, and another master bedroom with ensuite and the 4th king bedroom. The additional full bathroom is in the hall for the 4th bedroom as well as for guests. A delightful sun porch with loungers is accessed from the kitchen and ready for use. Enjoy your favorite island beverage in one of the loungers or your morning coffee to watch the incredible sky at sunrise.

The sparkling pool is the highlight of the fenced backyard. With tropical landscaping, the entire family will enjoy relaxing on the pool deck. The outdoor shower is an added convenience and offers hot and cold water.

Hop on the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island and stop at your leisure to explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Beach Bay B is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2 dog limit.

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

VRBO BOOKINGS

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
