• PET FEE: $150 per pet, per 28 nights. This fee is not refundable and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.

My daughter came down with her tennis team for the week. This rental gave us enough space when she was with me and wasn't too big while I was here myself. We were pretty central to all the attractions in the Orlando area. I appreciated the security of the gate. Having a washer and dryer was a game changer and the generous amount of towels was wonderful.

The unit was clean and smelled fresh. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was excellent. Many excellent choices of restaurants, groceries, everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The accommodations were exactly as specified on the website and were wonderful!!! The host was very quick in responding to questions and allowing us to add an extra day to our stay. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. Very roomy dining area to with the open concept. We loved the screened in lanai. The instructions for the unit rental were easy to understand and comply with. The unit had plenty of parking and an elevator if you do not wish to take the stairs. The location was great and the pool and workout room was very nice. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Excellent stay

We absolutely loved the property we stayed at in Florida. The property was very clean and beautiful. We would definitely recommend it to others who are visiting the Disney area.

I'll start with the good. The condo was as described. Very clean. It had plenty of space for the four of us who stayed there and it was close enough to the Disney theme parks. Now for the bad. On our first day there we came back from the park and there was a bag of trash left outside the front door. I notified the owner of the problem via email. They emailed me back the next day apologizing for the inconvenience and asked if I could take the trash to the dumpster. No problem I did it. Two days after I got home there was a charge on my card for 110.00 alone with an email saying I was being fined for leaving trash outside the unit. Trash that I didn't put there, but was kind enough to place in the dumpster for them and I get fined for it. Just beware that this scam is happening at this facility. As of this review I'm communicating with my credit card company to dispute this charge, but it's something that I shouldn't have to do.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you found the condo clean, spacious, and conveniently located. We do need to clarify that this review does not include the full resolution of the issue described. The community is managed by an independent HOA, and as outlined in the rental agreement, fines issued by the HOA may be passed through to the guest. When you advised us that the trash was not yours, we contacted the HOA on your behalf, provided the information you gave us, and requested that the fine be reversed. The HOA agreed, the fine was revoked, and you were notified that a full refund had been issued. Because the charge was fully reversed following our efforts on your behalf, describing this situation as a “scam” is inaccurate. We take guest concerns seriously and worked directly with the HOA to resolve this matter in your favor.

Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful time. The condo was in a great location for us as we went to Legoland in Winter Haven, Sea World in Orlando and Busch Gardens in Tampa. The property had great amenities and the Champions Gate development had plenty of good restaurants and services.

Would definitely stay here again

The unit pool and gym were excellent. Nice secluded area away from the hustle and bustle with natural conservation areas surrounding it. The property manager helped me out with a pet deposit cancellation as a courtesy and this kindness was very much appreciated.

Winter Trip

The condo is just beautiful! Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The condo is in the back of the property so it is very quiet! You can walk to many restaurants or the grocery store. Loved our time there.

Nice Stay for Disney Parks

Nice and convenient location to visit the Disney and surrounding Orlando parks. Clean and well maintained. You will need to bring your own cooking seasoning/oil etc. Public market for groceries, gas, restaurants all close by.

Our Disney vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. I will definitely stay there again. A lot of restaurants around the area. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go to the pool. We spend most of the time going to the parks and enjoying the area.

Tuscany at ChampionsGate

The Place is safe, as it is in a gated community. Modernly upgraded, very clean, large sized TV. When I’m inside the place, I honestly feel like I’m inside a hotel, but with so much more perks. I highly recommend using this place. Overall excellent, and I’m glad I had booked it.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

Beautiful condo that was clean, decor was spot on and enough space for our family of 5. The surrounding area was great to get groceries, coffee and restaurants. Both Disney and Universal are an easy drive away. Nicely stocked and didn't have to buy anything and even kids games and books for a nice touch! Great location and would definitely book again! We didn't go to the pool but nice option having a pool onsite.

Nice condo

The property was really nice and clean, we did not take advantage of the pool or gym there that’s on us, the pictures looked nice. I asked for a 2 bedroom the property was actually a 3 bedroom. The property is really close to Disney it seemed like we did not go. So if your a large family going to Disney this place checks the boxes.

Cozy

This is a nice and cozy condo. Very clean. The only cons were that the water smelled so bad of sulfur it was almost unbearable to shower in. It was also very musty smelling so all our clothes smelled of must when we left the unit. We did not get to use the pool as it was too cold however it looked very nice.

Staying here gave me great comfort at the most difficult time.

Unlike most, my 2 adult children and I came to Florida from NH to say goodbye to a loved one on life support. It was an agonizing 5 days but each night we would come back to this condo and feel comforted by this home away from home. There is no better way to describe it. I am so grateful to have found this beautiful home to help us through the most difficult time of our lives. ♥️

the home was not the cleanest - I do have a picture of a roach that we saw in the guest bathroom. Also, the sink in the master bathroom does not drain properly
