The back deck and effective air conditioning are highlights we're pleased you appreciated. -Rust on outdoor furniture is a challenge in location since it is on the Gulf, we've added a dedicated AC/heating unit to address humidity and downstairs smell and will run it more frequently. Your insights are invaluable, and we'll address the rust and downstairs concerns to enhance future stays. We appreciate your thoughts and hope to offer you an even better stay in the future.
