A fantastic spot in the heart of the Plateau! I loved the neighborhood and the place itself was really great. However, I had some issues communicating with the host when issues arose and did not love that. However, the place itself was truly special and in a really safe part of town. Loved my time in Montréal!

Loved the apartment! It was very clean and exactly as described in VRBO. Location was perfect for us with close proximity to the Metro and buses- Montreal's 3-day pass was a great deal for us. Lots of neat restaurants close by and nice residential area to walk around in.

The apartment was clean and well kept. The location is great. Easy walking distance to Mount Royal Park and many nice restaurants. The check in process was a little unnerving as we did not get codes until 4:05 pm the day of check in. The host responded to a phone call and we got in alright. This is the first time we have not had information from the host prior to the check in. Additionally there was no information in the apartment about checkout wi-fi or any other house information. Overall it was a great place to stay. Just could have had more information.

Nice apartment in an amazing location in the lovely, lively Le Plateau area. The space was clean, stylish, and quiet. There are so many walkable parks, restaurants, cafes, and bars. We had a wonderful 4-night stay and would book again.A few things to note: -it is on the top floor up 4 flights of stairs (if that is a consideration for you);-communication with the host(s) was not great - there was literally no communication until 30 minutes before we could check in, so I wasn't even sure we had a spot to stay upon landing in Montreal-there are no lamps in the apartment, only overhead lighting (the natural window lighting is fantastic during the day!)-the bedroom window faces east and lets morning light in very early (if you are sensitive to that)

Overall, I had a nice stay at this place, however there were some shortcomings.good:- location is great, on the plateau between St. Laurent and St. Denis. - metro and busses nearby- shops and restaurants also really close- spacious room and kitchen- it looks as in the pictures- bed also really comfy (I'm quite sensitive, so this is good)not so good:- cleanliness (coffee maker wasn't cleaned, hairs in the bathroom)- all pots and pans had scratched non-stick coating -- health issue- window blinds don't allow to make rooms (esp. bedroom) dark -- might be a problem if you are sensitive to that- what really needs to be improved: communication with host. I stayed a longer period and had a few enquiries (e.g. there was no dishcloth and the lock's battery was running low) -- these enquiries were downright ignored. I can do without a dishcloth but having to worry about a lock that might not be working due to an empty battery is not cool

Convenient location on the Plateau

The property was exactly as shown in images on the VRBO site. The apartment was quiet and clean. Windows on two sides allow abundant sun to shine in. Appliances are contemporary. The only improvement I'd request regards communicating with the host/property manager. They seem to use a number of email addresses and platforms. It took a while for someone to reply to my reservation and payment. That seemed to be because of crossed wires internally. There were 4 different names with varying email addresses affiliated with this property, including one that was automated. Not knowing which name was the one responsible for the property and if it were a real person introduced anxiety about the trip. But, I corresponded most with Aba, who was hospitable and attentive. In the end, I recommend this apartment and these hosts. It all worked out well.

Cet hébergement est bien localisé à Montréal près d’une station de métro importante (Sherbrooke)et au coin de la rue St Denis animée par de nombreux restaurants. Par contre ,le logement bien qu’il soit joliment décoré et lumineux est très mal géré . Nous n’avions reçu aucune information de code d’entrée. Il n’y avait aucun mode d’emploi des équipements de l’appartement et certains appareils ne fonctionnaient pas bien. A plusieurs reprises, nous avons essayé d’avoir un contact avec l’hôte : sans succès . Silence et donc aucune aide . Pour cette raison nous ne recommandons pas ce logement.
