The Space:

Set inside the guard-gated PGA West community, Casa Riviera combines generous living areas with a private outdoor resort overlooking the Jack Nicklaus Private Course.



The open living spaces feature high ceilings, abundant natural light, comfortable gathering areas, a fully equipped kitchen, formal and casual dining spaces, and expansive windows framing the golf course and mountain scenery. Multiple primary suites make the home especially well suited for couples traveling together, extended families, golf groups, and longer stays.



Outside, the oversized private pool features waterfalls and evening LED lighting, while the adjoining spa provides the perfect place to unwind after golf or a day exploring La Quinta. The patio also includes a fire pit, built-in stainless-steel BBQ, sink, outdoor shower, dining space, and multiple areas for lounging in the desert sunshine.

Guest Access:

Our home is designed for your comfort and convenience, offering generous storage in closets and bathroom drawers so you can fully settle in. You have full access to our well-equipped kitchen, and we invite you to enjoy all the amenities provided throughout the house. To ensure a seamless arrival, we will send a welcome letter one day before your check-in containing all essential property details, including your unique access code. Upon arrival, you will find a secure lockbox located at the front gate containing the key to your home away from home.

Whether you are here to challenge yourself on the Nicklaus Tournament, TPC Stadium, or Greg Norman courses, or simply to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Coachella Valley, our home provides the perfect base. You will be within a short drive of the vibrant Old Town La Quinta, featuring charming boutiques and Zagat-rated dining, and the upscale shopping of El Paseo in Palm Desert. For those attending major events, we are conveniently situated near the Polo Grounds, making us an ideal choice for Coachella and Stagecoach festival-goers. After a day of adventure, relax by the pool or explore local attractions like the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, all while enjoying the peace and comfort of our spacious retreat.



Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Pool heat is maintained at approximately 85°F. Actual water temperature may vary based on outdoor temperature, wind and weather conditions.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

Pet fees apply per pet.

Pet fee is $175+ per pet (based on weight). If it isn’t processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request.

Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed.

Pets must always be leashed within the community.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations.

Pets cannot be up on any furniture.



HOA allows 3 cars parked at the property maximum.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



Pool heating is $75 per day and we heat the pool for the full stay.



We encourage guests to text us by phone or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.



Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room 65' HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms.



Check-in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am.



To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd and take a right to enter the gate. Give them your name and the property address.



Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.



Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.



The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.



Kid's bedroom adjoins between 2 bedrooms.

All reservations are required to sign the property rental agreement, which incorporates all applicable city and community rules; failure to sign the agreement may result in cancellation of the reservation at the host’s discretion.
