The property could use some TLC. The cooking utensils were stained with food from previous guests. The porch and bathroom mat had mold build up all around. The air wasn’t as working but was fixed rather quickly. There isn’t a television in the master bedroom. Property was in good proximity to local businesses.

Loved our stay even there was a hurricane. With beaches being closed it was a good thing the house was nice and a good size for all of us.

The house was very clean and the check in process was easy. It is in a good location, and easy to get to the beach and dining options. There is view of the bay from the second floor. There is a nice screened in porch. The community the house is in is very private and quiet. There is a nice walk by the bayside around the corner from the house. The host is quick to respond to any inquiries. The house is a 20 minute walk to the beach. If you have little ones that could make the trip difficult. There is no parking by the beach until 11:00 am. If you get to the beach just before 11 it is easy to park close to the beach. The listing shows that there is an outdoor shower. Unfortunately the shower did not work. There was no way to wash off the sand. The house is also minimally stocked where spices and other food essentials are concerned. Due to the fact that it is a large management company, they will not let you in early to drop off groceries that you bring down. Check in is late, so if you want to bring your own food you do lose a day of your vacation. Bring dish washing pods, paper towels and toilet paper their supply is limited. We went with family and had kids ranging from ages 5-14. There was plenty of things to do and many restaurants that were appropriate for that wide range of kids. The beaches are beautiful. Just be aware that August is jellyfish mating time and that we did get stung multiple times making swimming uncomfortable. All in all it was a nice vacation.

Family vacation

House was clean great location. Host was super quick to respond with any concerns or questions. One problem we had was that a bedroom was locked when we got there but a maintenance man came out and unlocked it for us. Overall great stay and would love to come back when we decide to visit OC again

Amazing

Will be back. Stayed in Montego Bay several times. This by far was a very super clean house 🏡. Bedrooms for everyone. Nice walk to the beach . Bueatiful home 🏡. I love staying further up from the boardwalk so this was the perfect fit.

So this would be the first time I’ve ever felt like I was staying in a corporate owned vacation home….and that isn’t necessarily a compliment. I do have pics of most of the issues…..First, the good……communication with the host company and check in was a breeze. Location was great. The house AC was awesome and most of the amenities we would want were there. Now, to the issues…….I have no doubt this was a beautiful house when it was first upgraded. Finishes and furniture are nice, most of the amenities vacationers want were there….but this property really needs better upkeep. Living room Furniture was stained and starting to break - couch covered in stains and 1 of the 2 living room chairs had a broken leg. The ice maker in the bar are was stained yellow and brown. There was hair from other guests on sofa cushions and dust on every windowsill. Towel rack in powder room broken and the upstairs tv didn’t work. (Bunk bed room). The outside of the house was a mess. Clearly no one thinks the yard matters. Except they advertise dogs are welcome so it kinda does. The front is all rocks and weeds, some 4 or 5 feet tall. Everything is overgrown. And the 1 single strip of grass behind the house has never been cut. They have a shower stall outside with broken pipes and a gallon of Round Up in it. Seriously? I will say that they don’t put that shower in the ad so I can’t fault them too much, but still…..It just didn’t seem like anyone cared about the place. Sad.

Property is nice in a nice area, but not as close to the beach as one might think the propertyis a little dated there’s no outdoor shower. It’s not hooked up. Vertical blinds need to be replaced kureig needs service. My family did enjoy the kitchen it was spacious and great for dining

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was extremely clean, cozy, and looked just like the photos. The location was quiet and close to local spots. We also took advantage of the community pool, which the kids loved. We would love to stay here again!
