Old Savannah gem

This place was a perfect spot for us (a couple with a small dog). It was close to the action but still in a quiet spot with plenty of parking. The bed was comfy and the place was clean and well stocked with household items. Loved it!

beautiful property in great location. Property manager promptly responsive. However. The pull out sleeper bed is a joke. Very dirty and broken down. My friend, all of 110 lbs had to go to a chiropractor after sleeping on it 3 nights.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property in June 2017 and it was great. This time not so much. The window treatments need to be cleaned- they are really dirty at the bottom. The tile floor had some slippery spots and when we wiped them they were a little dirty, Every time we opened the door we were met with mosquitos and the door bell didn’t work. Under the cushions on the sofa is quite a bit of food crumbs, there were no trash bags or dishwasher detergent.

After I reached out to management, they dropped off some gnat spray, but this only made the smell worse.The television channels were always looking for a signal, and this was quite annoying.Despite these minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was great, and the unit was close to everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet, and the park next door was a nice place to relax when homeless people were not using the park - it was safe there so no worries about them. Parking was available next to the unit, and it was metered from 8am to 8pm on weekdays.Overall, I would recommend this property to others. It is a great option for those looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in a convenient location.I hope this is helpful!

Great location and a pleasant stay

This was a great stay for five days in Savannah in the North historic district. The location was quiet and within walking distance to everything. We got our steps in everyday! The bed was super comfortable and it was great to be able to do a load of laundry. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook (I did not!) and the fridge with ice maker was a life saver to keep our drinks cold. There is a Keurig machine and a regular coffee maker. The bath towels provided (4) were ample for two guests, but I would have appreciated another hand towel and two more washcloths for the bathroom. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee. It was a cozy stay for two. Parking on street was no problem right around the property and surprisingly not expensive (1 an hour, 12 hours max) and the parking app made it super easy. We would highly recommend this property! It was much more relaxing than being in a hotel, and a bit cheaper as well.

I appreciate they provided some coffee, but no sugar or creamer to go with it. I am glad the weather was cooler when we were there as the air conditioning seamed to struggle. Maybe this is just the age of the home, but it was very humid and damp with a musty smell. We had to put our towels in the dryer after each use because they would not dry within a 24 hr period. Overall it was a good experience.

Perfect Location and Quiet!

Everything was so organized and detailed leading up to our stay. When we arrived, it was better than we expected. So clean. Very welcoming. So close to everything that we barely touched our cars, only moving them to avoid street cleaning. Great place. Would easily recommend.

First time in welcoming savannah

Overall the location was excellent and the apartment was as described. It was clean and roomy, the bedding was very comfortable and the outdoor space was great for morning coffee. We had a problem with our code but the company was immediately available to reset it so we could get in quickly. Parking next to our place was $1/hr and easy to add time as needed. After 8pm there was no charge. We really enjoyed our stay

Excellent Stay

We had a great time while staying here. The location was great and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. At night it was quiet and the patio was a great place to unwind. Any communications/questions with the host/management were very quick and timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking right out the door. Good location to walk to many sites, food, and beverages. Nice size for two people and a pet. We would most definitely stay again.
