Beautiful cabin with lots of space and gorgeous views. Bring drinking water as the water has a filter but lots of minerals in it. Very close to Roo Vineyards and downtown Ellijay!

We were in town for a wedding at the nearby Roo Winery and the location of this rental property couldn't have been more convenient...3 miles from the venue. It had plenty of room and lots of decks to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning when the temperature is a bit cooler.

Also, Ellijay Mushroom and downtown Ellijay are less than 10 minutes away, as are some amazing hiking trails, horseback riding and river tubing. Everything was exactly as described. The house is VERY conveniently located to a number of wineries (we came to enjoy our Georgia Wine Passports), yet still entirely private. It was immaculately clean and ready when we arrived. Check-in was simple. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout was especially great for families with older kids (although we did not bring kids, this was a home we would have loved when we travelled with teens). The covered porches and decks were gated so our dogs could be outside with us. We were aware that one reviewer commented on the driveway, but that was certainly NOT a problem for us at all. Communication literally could not have been any better...when the host contacted us in the morning to make sure all was well and that we were pleased, we mentioned a glitch we had with the grill needing some work (didn't light evenly, but we were able to cook on it so weren't terribly concerned and told her not to worry about it)...however the grill had already been replaced with a brand new unit before we even got back that afternoon. View off of the back deck are positively breathtaking!

The cabin was beautiful and wonderful. However, the driveway was not expected nor disclosed in the cabin overview. It should be disclosed that it is a steep downward slope driveway.

We’re so glad you found our cabin beautiful and you had a wonderful stay. Regarding the driveway, it is fully paved and does have a gentle downward slope from the street, but it is definitely not considered steep in our area. This one is on our "easy list". There are also two different flat parking areas along the home which provide comfortable, level spaces for parking. Driveway grades can definitely be subjective, especially for guests visiting from areas where most driveways are completely flat. We have multiple photos of this driveway so if anybody needs them just ask!

Comfortable beds, clean house, loved the hot tub and view of the mountains. Outdoor fireplace was great too! Room darkening shades would have been nice with sun coming in waking us up early. Overall everyone loved the cabin and would come back!

Close to the wineries!

The view was amazing at this cabin and was conveniently located from the Ellijay wineries. Cabin was clean and we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderfu view. The cabin was very spacious with plenty of sleep space for everyone. The gated deck area was nice for our dog to move about freely.

Mountain Sunrise

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Watching the sunrise over the mountains was amazing! Great location with tons of stellar wineries nearby. We will definitely return!

Great stay

Wonderful property and accommodations! Spacious and clean cabin with lots to do. We’ll definitely be back. Would only suggest to change a few of the outdoor lights/spotlights.

Great Location and great vacation home

The location was perfect. Nice mountain view off of a paved road. The cabin was very nice as advertised. We look forward to the new winery that is right next door to open and will be back again soon.

We had 3 couples stay for a birthday celebration / getaway. The location was perfect for what we were looking for out of this trip. The only minor issue we had was once we got into the cabin two of the bedrooms were locked in the basement, but the property management was responsive. They were out within an hour to get them unlocked for us. I would highly recommend this cabin for a couples trip.

Great home with beautiful view

The home is tucked away in a small neighborhood but it was big on Mountain View’s and amenities. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the game table on a rainy day. Check in was easy and the team was very easy to work with and communicative

Girls Trip

The view was just amazing. The house was clean an equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect. The location was just 13 minutes from downtown Ellijay and only 3 minutes from the Roo winery which is so beautiful. We had so much here and would highly recommend.

The location was ideal. The home was clean and worked well with the 4 of us. The staff was very effective in their communications.We would stay again. We enjoyed our stayMake sure you do not park at roads edge on cul de sac, no matter how short. It is a no no for neighbors

There was hair and soap residue in the upstairs shower, and the jets in the upstairs tub didn’t work. There needs to be a set of stairs connecting the decks, also.

We will certainly address the hair and soap residue with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again, and we hope the remaining bathrooms and 3 levels of the cabin were cleaned to your satisfaction. As for the deck and upstairs tub, our listing contains several detailed photos of these areas. The tub is intentionally not advertised as a jetted or garden tub, and the listing photo includes a sign noting that the jets do not function. We’re sorry this was overlooked and that it affected your overall impression. Thank you again for letting us know. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for all future guests.

The cabin was nice, great location and great view. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge. However, the hot water smelled terribly of rotten eggs. We call the emergency number and reach someone who never got back to us. We were unable to take showers so we left a day early. The house probably needs a new water heater.

Zoe(God kind of Life)

This time at the cabin was a women’s retreat. A time to rest, relax, and remind ourselves of the Goodness of God. Being in the mountains allowed us to be closer to God and just spend time renewing our mind. Thank for sharing the space for such a wonderful time.

Needed items

Property was nice but lacking in some essential items such as bath towels and bath soap. One towel per person for 5 days. Also coffee pot needs replacing. Weather was perfect for stting outdoors but there were no cushions on the furniture.

Beautiful cabin

I travel monthly to North Georgia and stay in many many cabins. This was a beautiful cabin, the view was amazing. It was very quiet and felt like it was way out. The only negative I can say was the mattresses. I’m thankful we were only there a few days because the mattress was so firm my back was miserable. I prefer a softer mattress- others may love it. Still deserves 5 stars!
