Never disappoints!!

Terrible snow conditions but great service and accommodation. Consistent and always great, Itrip is on top of everything and really enjoyed the Apartment. Well equipped and clean.

Fabulous Location

My family and I stayed at this condo over the Christmas holiday. The proximity to restaurants, activities, ski lifts, etc. was absolutely perfect. We will be back next year.

Wonderful experience

The location of this condo is incredible with wide views of the village and base lifts. The convenience and quality were remarkable.

Iso's birthday trip

Great location in the village. Garage parking right under the unit., quick walk to ski rentals, ski school, gondola, and chairlift. Super convenient ski-in/ski-out. Management available and responsive to requests and suggestions

Really good location for anyone with kids or learning to ski as you are right above the ski school meeting point and kids daycare center. Place was very nice, clean, and super convenient. We will say the parking garage is difficult to drive in if you have an extra long SUV like a Yukon XL. It is very tight and easy to scrape the front bumper. Also the luugage lift did not function during our stay but that was just a minor inconvenience. The view from the place is beautiful and we would definitely return to Hayden Lodge in the future. We would highly recommend this accommodation!

Great Stay

The stay was fantastic and we look forward to a return trip. The property is accurately reflected in the pictures and the location is great, with convenient access to multiple trails. We were traveling with young kids and could walk (easily) to multiple restaurants and shops as well as other kid-friendly activities in the village. There is a gondola about 20 steps out the building's entrance that takes you to the mall and other shopping/dining options aside from those in the base village. The check-in and checkout processes were fantastic. The private parking and elevator are very helpful, especially when handling luggage. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Roomy Snowmass getaway

The location is wonderful with the gondola outside your window. Snowmass mall is a short gondola cab or walk away. The 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms was great for 3 couples. The community hot tub closes early at 10pm and is pretty small (only fits about 6). Please know there is no grill. There is an outdoor grilling area across the front parking lot a short walk from the condo that has no tables and chairs. The knives are terrible and could not cut anything. Also a pretty high cleaning fee they ask you to load the dishwasher and start it, gather dirty towels and take out the trash as well. It wasn’t too much to do though. Shuttle station is close and you can get back and forth from Aspen til 3AM.

Hi Adrian, thank you for your review of your property in Snowmass Base Village. We also love the location of the Hayden Lodge and the spaciousness of the condos there. Regarding the grill, we do point this fact out in the guest guide and the information prior to booking. We know it is not ideal but just a building rule for the location. And thank you for letting us know about the knives in the condo as this is something we can take care of for future guests. Our housekeepers are part of the backbone of our team, do a great job therefore we have to pay them accordingly. We had a great stay in this unit. It was exactly as advertised and a fantastic location. We particularly enjoy the easy access to the base village, upper village and the Elk Camp gondola.
