It was just a dream communicating with Judy. She made the whole process incredibly easy. The condo was just as pictured with an absolutely breathtaking location on the quiet end of the beach. A fruit and vegetable market with a wonderful selection of local produce is right across the street. There was plenty of water pressure and the bed was beyond comfortable. Sunsets are simply magnificent!

We had a wonderful time. Our host Judy gave us clear directions with the Property Manager Gil who was amazing. The Condo was great. with beautiful views. The only downside was the pool was often busy and not many spots available if you got there late.

Thank you so much for your kind review and for choosing to stay at my condo from December 27 through January 10. I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed the property, the views, and that Gil, our property manager, was helpful during your stay. You’re absolutely right that the pool area can be busier than usual during the holiday season, as it is one of the most popular vacation periods of the year. During non-holiday times, guests typically find the pool much quieter, with plenty of available seating, and consistently clean and well maintained, which aligns with the feedback I regularly receive from other renters. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I would love to welcome you back again in the future.

We never met Judy but she was good to contact on line. Her manager Gil was outstanding making sure we had all we needed. My only suggestion would be a drinking water dispenser. Not too big of a deal but for the money it would have been nice. Amazing views and relaxing space.

Thank you, Belinda. I wish I heard you needed water. The condo comes with a water pump and I could have sent a request to bring you a the 5 galón of water to the condo. Administration diets stairs sells the water and they could have delivered. I will ask Gil to ensure he makes our visitors aware. Sorry about that. I will make sure I have the water delivered when you visit again.

Jane & Terry

Like all others, we really enjoyed the view which is phenomenal. The pool is fantastic and we miss it already. The condo was lovely. Our favourite part of the stay was the beautiful beach. It was great for long walks. A couple of little suggestions would be to have a small cooler for taking drinks to the pool or beach as well as regular sized beach chairs, rather than the short chairs, for us older folks! We really loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful week and beautiful location. Our host contacted us immediately, when a problem was identified. Ha, she had to tell me to turn the faucet to the right for hot water, my bad! Gorgeous view

Nothing beats being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! Cute one bedroom condo located in a very quiet section of Mazatlan. Condo was as described…. Only downside is the TV is in the bedroom not the living room so if one of you is looking to stay up a bit later it doesn’t work. The beach is one of the better ones and you can walk the whole thing.

Thank you, Cathy. Yes, that sound of the ocean is the beauty; it’s very relaxing.. the TV can be moved to the living room. The living room has cable and the decoration stand is the TV stand, the reason the living room dies not have a TV is because most of my renters prefer to have an open space and moving and having a TV in the living room it forces to move the sofas. I will note that for future renters. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay

This was our second stay at this wonderful condominium unit. Judy answered all our questions before we arrived. Gil, the onsite manager, met us on arrival and even arranged for our ride back to the airport upon departure. The unit was very clean and we especially enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the furnished balcony each day. Security and staff were always friendly and the green bus schedule was quite handy. We will be back. Wally J.

Excellent stay

Nothing beats coffee in the morning on a huge deck overlooking the beach and ocean! This condo is perfect - fabulous views from floor to ceiling windows- very comfortable furniture, beautiful pool area, and with easy access to local transportation. The on site staff are great. The gym overlooking the pool area is well equipped and we used it daily. Wifi was fast and reliable. Judy was great to work with - responded quickly and even left some cold cervaza and limes in the fridge for us. We highly recommend this unit and the Pearl Tower for a great beach front vacation in Mazatlan!

Quiet Luxury

My husband and I stayed for a week and were most impressed by the efficient management of this condo.Judy in the US and Gil in Mazatlan are available to answer questions as are the happy and helpful staff at Pearl Tower. The beach is magnificent directly in front of the condo. The infinity pool is a sight to behold and often empty. The pictures online can’t truely describe what a wonderful spot this is. We will recommend this listing to our friends. Thanks Judy!

Best view I have experienced on vacation 😊

Such an enjoyable place! Coffee on the deck in the morning with our binoculars to look at all the boats and goings on up and down the beach! We were pleasantly surprised that there were beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for use. Pool was beautiful! The hotel next door (Mayan Palace) drinks and food were available by a waiter who comes over to the Pearl Tower. Restaurant s Palapas and Mr Lionoso are good and a walk if you are walkers! Taxis were very available while on the Main Street as well. We stayed in the Golden Zone a few days prior and the Pearl Tower unit was a welcome relaxing place to stay for the rest of our trip! Thank you Judy and Gil!

Oceanfront and sunshine. Great escape from Canadian Winters

We only managed to get in 2 out of 3 months due to COVID. However Judy worked with us to arrange a mutually agreeable refund when we had to return to Canada early. We love this apartment it allowed us to safely distance from everyone. We walked the beach, sunbathed on the deck, worked out in the gym and only visited the restaurants that were adhering to COVID restrictions. All in all we felt safe grocery shopping and taking the bus as everyone was wearing a mask. Thoroughly enjoyable vacation.

Thank you, David. It has always been my goal to deliver the best customer service and have the condo delightful for my visitors. A complete cleaning including disinfecting everything is always performed. It was disappointing to me to hear the condo cleaning did not satisfy your expectations. Although my cleaning person ensured me she had performed the cleaning services, I was happy to return 50% of the cleaning cost as it’s important to me for my visitors to enjoy their stay from the moment they walk in. This time of the year is very hot in Mazatlan and we needed to allow a little more time for unit to cool out. There are 5 sets of sheets in the condo. Thank you for being patience and working with us. It makes me very happy to hear you enjoy your stay after the arrival discomfort. Hope you visit again.

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Mazatlan Condo

Just loved Judy's Condo. Spectacular views. Comfort all around. Beautiful decor. Everything you need for a great vacation. The bed was so comfy and nice plush towels. Well equipped kitchen. The ocean was great for swimming and the infinity pool was so nice. Judy's property manager Gil was most helpful in making arrangements for our return ride to the airport with Gabino a very fine young man. This was our first time to Mazatlan and we really enjoyed our stay. The New Mazatlan and the Old Mazatlan has lots to offer. We felt very safe everywhere we went. Will we come back ? Absolutley !!!! Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We are from California and always had a desire to own a property by the beach. Well, it was kind of impossible for us to own beachfront real state here in California; thus decided to purchase in beautiful Mazatlan. It's a lovely property.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Mazatlan has a lot to offer, from history to beautiful beachfront real state. Pearl Tower is located in the most upscale area and most beautiful beaches. The location is perfect as you have long beach walks to the South and to the North side of the building. There is no need for a car rental as the buses take you everywhere such as the beautiful historic town, touristic Golden Zone, and scenery coastal areas. You can also catch a taxi ("pulmonia") from anywhere in the town.
