Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious home and found the golf cart convenient for getting to the beach. We sincerely apologize for the AC issues during your stay. We understand how frustrating it was to have the upstairs unit go out and then experience an issue with the downstairs unit as well. Our team worked to provide portable units as a temporary solution, but we’re sorry that the breaker continued to trip and that this impacted your comfort. Unfortunately, the permanent repair could not be completed during your stay, but we want to assure future guests that the AC was fully repaired after your departure. We appreciate your patience and regret that the HVAC problems took away from what should have been an enjoyable vacation. Frangista Beach Properties

Hi Bruce, thank you for the review. The homeowners association is in charge of the pool area including the loungers so we have passed on your comments regarding the loungers. Gas Fireplaces in rental homes are never a good idea as many guest have not had the opportunity to use one before so on the side of safety the owners of this home had the fireplace disconnected many years ago. We are glad you enjoyed our area and look forward to your return. Frangista Beach Properties

Lynda, Thank you for your review of Andrea's Island. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the new golf cart and bikes that the homeowner is providing. Hope to see you again soon! Frangista Beach Properties

Ernesto, we have had wonderful reviews of this home as well as repeat family stays. It is unfortunate that you left this review considering you all received a parking violation from the HOA which we paid. The rules for parking are clearly located in the home as well as the information we provided upon booking. Your group brought a German Shepherd to the house that was not approved by the homeowner and it was visually seen by our staff. Smoking is not allowed at this home but there were multiple cigarette butts found on the front porch and driveway. Rules are there to follow, not to be broken. We hope the next VRBO home you stay in, you will have the courtesey to follow the rules. Frangista Beach Properties

Hi Jill, thank you for the wonderful review of 'Andrea's Island' Thank you for the kind comments of our staff and this home. I do not remember ever having such a very well written review giving future guest a taste of everything to expect at the beach and home during their stay. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you all next year! Frangista Beach Properties

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. We're delighted to hear that everything else about your stay was perfect and that you enjoyed the property. We do apologize for the frustration you experienced with the golf cart access process. La Dolce Vita requires that all requested information, including the full names of all drivers, be submitted before they can release the lockbox code for insurance and liability purposes. Unfortunately, if any required information is missing, it can delay the approval process. We understand how disappointing it was to not have access to the golf cart until Sunday, and we appreciate your patience while the required information was being completed. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll share it with LDV to see if there are ways to make the process clearer and more user-friendly for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we're so pleased that, aside from this issue, you had a wonderful vacation. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!
