Less than 2minute walk to the beautiful Hagley Park and 10minute walk to Hagley Oval - A great base to attend functions and events in the area. A 10 minute leisurely stroll to Riverside Markets and The Terraces - A must see and experience in Christchurch. Close to Christchurch hospital should you need to visit relatives. This property does not come with allocated carparking - there is free and paid street parking options a short walk away. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
