This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the gated Oakwater community, approximately 2.3 miles from the Disney area and 16 miles from Universal Studios. With more than 1,400 square feet of living space, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers easy access to I-4, theme parks, shopping, dining, and other Central Florida attractions.

Please note that this condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Parking

Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. Additional guest parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Second-Floor Condo: This property is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

Coffee Maker: The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker.

Starter Supplies: This is a self-catering vacation home. A small selection of starter supplies may be provided for your arrival, including soap in the bathrooms, one trash bag per bin, a small amount of laundry detergent and dish detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed during their stay.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and may not be exceeded.

Pets & Smoking: No pets and no smoking are permitted.
