Went on a family trip to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and the house was absolutely perfect! Had tons of games/toys for our toddlers and the adults in our group. Large yard to play in and overall just a wonderful place to stay!

Great place to stay!

Went for a trip to the Ark. House was awesome- it was the little things, like a coffee bar and soaps that made a difference. Loved it! Horses were a big plus for our trip along with the tame rabbits playing in the yard.

Great stay for families!

Our family of 10 had a fabulous stay. The children (ages 4-11) enjoyed the bunk room, games/toys and farm animals. The house was decorated like a Hallmark Christmas movie inside and out. Every detail to make a guest feel welcome was met.

Amazing

We loved our stay. It was so relaxing in your beautiful home with the most lovely farmhouse decor. The rooms were cozy and spacious. The view was spectacular up on a hill and the cattle and horses in the pastures around the property was so charming. It is a little far from a lot of attractions but we enjoyed the 1 hour scenic drives we took to Lexington and Cincinnati.

Delightful Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house fit us perfectly from beds to bathrooms. There were so many special touches to help meet our needs, from fixing meals to washing clothes and playing games both indoors and outdoors. What a bonus to have all the animals around and allowing my grandkids to feed the horses. It was a peaceful, fun time here.

Exceptional

Do not hesitate to stay here!! We were in town for a wedding and we had a full house! Room for everyone and 3 full bathrooms! The location is quiet and absolutely stunning. We loved relaxing on the deck. The house is stocked with everything. The animals on the farm were a bonus. We all had a great time and wished we could have stayed an extra day just to “chill” a little bit more!

Very Well Stocked Home

Everything we needed was provided for in this home. Because most places are not stocked as well, we took a lot of spices and blenders, pans, etc that we didn't need. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our group. The check-in process was very smooth. We appreciate the owners of this home for making everything so nice.

Ark Encounter, Extended Family Vacation

My parents, grandparents, my husband, our three kids (9,5,1), and I all stayed at this perfect spot! My grandmother turns 80 next week and requested this trip to see the Ark Encounter for her birthday. It was a wonderful multi-generational vacation, and we all loved the house and the property. Played lots of corn hole! Pet the horses and one of the many rabbits. Beautiful place! Highly recommend

Super Fun Place to Stay

The house was clean and stocked with anything needed for cooking. We traveled with a group of 8th grade boys and girls on a school trip to the Ark Experience. They thought of everything to have on hand at the house. The kids loved to fish at the pond, feed the horses and wander around the pastures. The view out of every window was amazing!! The host was very friendly and helped with any questions we had. We will defiantly stay here again on our next visit.

Terrific Property!

This property is AWESOME! It was easy to find, clean, roomy & very comfortable for our church youth group. The decor and appliances are all very modern/up to date. We especially enjoyed the animals coming up to say good morning (horses & bunnies & cows - oh my!) Andrew was wonderful to work with! He and the property are both 5+ stars!!
