Very comfortable stay with 5 people. Note that the room with the bunkbeds is tiny, but worked. Beautiful view from the living room and balcony.

The Boardwalk 400 was perfect! Lots of space for six friends to enjoy a reunion weekend! Breathtaking view to enjoy from the balcony, ample sleeping options and two bathrooms! The codes for the checkin were a bit confusing but a quick phone call to clarify and we were on our way! We each said we would book here again!

Home was as advertised and very well provisioned. Closer to downtown than expected which was a huge plus. Very comfortable. Would recommend to a friend.

Check in directions were inaccurate and the space was not as big as I expected. It was a fantastic location and the view was absolutely spectacular. Overall we were very pleased.

Overall we loved the space. The “Den” is essentially a closet with a bunk bed and a skylight. My son ended up sleeping on the couch due to lack of airflow. The other complaint is the AC is portable unit on the floor in the living room. Between the smoke, road noise and smell from the restaurant on the lower level of the building we chose to keep windows closed at night and it was uncomfortably warm in the bedrooms. The host was great, the space was clean. We loved the location and would stay here again.

Everything about this location was great. The fireplace was a welcome feature when we got back from skiing soaked to the bone. We would definitely stay there again.

Gave this rating based on location, view and communications. Location was the best with beautiful views and walkability to the main street for food & shopping as well as the Policeman's Creek Trail System. It was also close to the main road so easy to get on the road out of town to see other sites. There is a train nearby, but only slightly heard at night. Communication with host was excellent with quick responses. Beds very comfortable. There is room for improvement in the quality of towels and more washclothes as well as more silverware in the kitchen. Having more login options for entertainment/news on the TV would also be appreciated. We were unable to log into our USA accounts.

Great location. Very helpful hosts. Unit was lovely and well stocked. The bedroom with the bunk beds was quite small, and not really a bedroom but beds were very comfortable.

Great location!

Boardwalk 400 was the perfect location for our week touring the parks. We could walk to many restaurants and shops which was perfect for our evenings after hiking. It was a beautiful rental with enough room for our family of four with adult “kids”.

Great Spot, Responsive Host

Great spot and commutative host! Just 15 minutes outside of Banff, is a great spot to stay if you're visiting the national park.
