Conveniently located a short distance from many restaurants and activities but isolated and quiet on 7 acres with a beautiful mountain view. Amenities as stated and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and pillows. This is a large house that easily accommodated our party of 6 but could have handled more if sharing beds. I would stay here again. 5 stars.

We love this home. Great unique place. Great neighborhood and cool to see all the planes. The only thing that keeps my rating from being 5 stars is that the Hot tub did not work and no one even called us back to try and fix it. It seems that some AI bot answers the initial questions, but when it sent me the name and phone number to call, no one answered or responded to my text. VRBO needs to fix this. Otherwise, great home!

Great Large Group Getaway

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a wonderful place to stay while in town for a graduation. We appreciate the ability to have several people under one roof, but still have ample room to spread out and have their own space and then some. Such lovely views in every direction! We saw wildlife including quail, deer, coyotes, and rabbits and all from the backyard!

Views On Both Sides A Bonuss

This property is wonderful! The views are amazing and the bonus is the planes taking off from the private runway. Everyone has their own space. You feel like your in your own community. Highly recommend!

Arizona Trip

Amazing house and gorgeous views/ backyard. The master shower was always cold though. Other than that it was absolutely amazing and so fun watching peoples planes take off!!

Tucson Gem

This place a centrally located for the golfers in your group. Well kept up and certainly funky (in a very good way!). This house was no cookie cutter, but more of a piece of art. We enjoyed it very much and will return again.

Great location

This property was close to restaurants, but also in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a friends gathering. Beautiful views and large patio/pool area. Pool was not able to be heated which was disappointing, but spa was. Also - previously listed as 4 bathrooms, but actually 3.5 bathrooms.

Wow, fantastic!

This was a working vacation, but wow! Just WOW! This property was a true get away. Everything was top of the line, from the linens, to the appliances, and everything in between. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet, but exotic at the same time...the airfield along with the gorgeous pool, gigantic main bedroom, impeccable landscaping, even the immaculate garage made us feel like royalty! Thank you to the owners and Evolve mangers.

Amazing property

The house and yard are well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided. We did have difficulty getting into the property as the door code wasn’t changed and internet/phone service made it difficult to contact the property manager but we got it worked out. Also, we paid for the pool to be heated and that didn’t happen until day 3. But overall our stay was great!

Disappointing and Frustrating

Pool and spa did not work during stay at property. Property management team was not helpful. Bathroom to one of the rooms was locked and unaccessible. Never found garage remotes so parked outside during stay. Although we were only able to use half the property, I am not being refunded half of payment. Accidentally left credit card at property and I am being charged $90 to get cc back due to service fees and postage.

After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:-The pool and spa heat issue was resolved by the last full day of your stay, and the homeowner has refunded the pool heating fee as well as 40% of your rental rate.-A garage door opener was available when you arrived, but the garage is also accessible without it, so parking inside should still have been possible.-The homeowner was not aware of the locked bathroom during your stay. If this had been brought to our attention, we would have acted quickly to resolve it.-Regarding your credit card, the homeowner covered the retrieval cost except for postage fees.Thank you for bringing these details to our attention, as guest feedback is essential for our continuous improvement. We hope this experience doesn’t deter you from staying with us again and that we’ll have the chance to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

family birthday gathering

The property is very private and has excellent views of the Santa Catalina Mountains. We were at first hesitant about being close to the private airstrip but it was not exceptionally busy or loud and was actually fun to see the small planes fly in and out.The property manager was very attentive to our needs as several small issues did arise. These were handled quickly. We were also able to speak to the owner directly about the pool heating and hot tub. He was very helpful and accommodating.If there is have a full house, we had 9 people staying at the home, it was suggested that additional dining chairs be available since the indoor table has chairs for only 6. There are no other side chairs in the house that are table height. The outdoor dining also only accommodates 4 at either table, one of which is a high top. However the outdoor furniture is moveable and can be arranged to accommodate 8. Overall this is a beautiful property and would recommend to those wanting seclusion, great views and lovely, large back yard area with pool and hot tub.

Large, clean home great for a get away

The house was large and very clean. Plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out and have our own space at the end of the day. A few reasons why I gave it a 4 rating instead of a 5...the pool was not clean when we arrived. I contacted the property manager who assured me a pool tech would be over late morning. He never showed up until 5p that day and when he left the hot tub emptied. Another 3.5 hours to get yet another pool tech to the house and remedy the hot tub situation. More texts (you can't call and speak to a live person) the following day to get the hot tub water hot. Also the temp in the upstairs house area would get up to 82 degrees at night. No matter what we did with the settings. They did accommodate an early check in and late check out which was much appreciated. Other than those 2 issues, we enjoyed stating at this house.

Great Location, but...

The location of this house was super private and convenient to the surrounding area for shopping and restaurants. It is located in a private fly in community which was really cool! Now for the ins and outs- the layout is a little funky and the hot water was lacking for showers. When I reached out to the management company they said that they had it set to a certain degree to prevent scalding. Well, that is not helpful when you are the one freezing in the shower! The other inconvenient thing is that the hot tub is only hot a couple of hours of the day that they schedule. It would be nice to be able to turn it on at our convenience, not theirs. I get that they don't want to heat it 24/7 but trying to work it in on the scheduled hours didn't always work for us. Next, the kitchen. It was not well stocked missing simple items like a can opener, whisk and hand blender. The coffee machine was filthy and we styed over the holiday so I ended up having to run to Walmart to purchase a few items in order to make our holiday dinner. Another issue was the cleanliness of the floors, mirrors in the master bathroom and the kitchen. My feet were black, the mirror was filthy with what appeared to be toothpaste splashes and all the handles in the kitchen were sticky and caked with what I thought to be ice cream. Gross! I looked everywhere for cleaning supplies and could not find any. This is obviously very disappointing when you pay this amount of money to rent this home.
