Fantastic repeat stay

This was our second time staying at Hali’i Kai and we weren’t disappointed. Lisa and Robert’s place is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We loved the condo at Hali'i Kai. This is best place to stay on the Big Island, the location is great, close to restaurants and the beaches. We ate at the club house several times because the food was so good.

Love the gated community. The pool is amazing with the ocean mist keeping you cool in the Hawaiian Pacific sun.

The condo and grounds are gorgeous and the owner is super responsive. Kitchen is amazingly well stocked with first class appliances.

We loved our stay! If we come back to the Big Island we’ll definitely look at booking this property.

The property was just as described and pictured. It was clean and beautiful! We really liked the resort and the clubhouse is a great place to watch the sunset. We could see whales each morning from the gym. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Location

We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Our daughter was not feeling well and Lisa let us check-in a bit early with no issues. The Ocean club is amazing and the sunsets were beautiful. Lisa and Robert’s place was exactly as listed, super clean with every amenity you could think of! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to say

This is an absolutely wonderful property in a beautiful location. The beds are comfortable and the appliances are all high end. The unit is amazingly well stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable. The resorts restaurant and pool are superb and the area is far quieter than hotels or timeshares. You will love staying here. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place on the Big Island!

We had great communication with our owner, so even when when needed help he was quick to reply or answer. The property is great for the location and amenities! Wonderful tennis courts with rackets in the room, pool and beach club was top notch for watching the sunset. Shopping and theater close by, and easy access to anything on the island. Superb rental!

Great location and nice place

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, roomy, and quite comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware. Beaches were a short drive away. We had a great time snorkeling each morning and relaxing in the afternoon. I highly recommend the location and condo. Aloha

2nd time staying here

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. The condo is exactly as described. The whole complex is beautiful but the pool/fitness area is amazing. The condo layout is perfect for two couples and the 2 king size beds are a bonus. Communication with Lisa was very easy. We would stay here again!

A wonderful stay in the Big Island

We didn’t know that the condo was upstairs, the shower was a little wonky, and we didn’t know that we had to pay $75.00 parking for 3 days. The condo is very clean, and well thought out with supplies. It’s very well decorated. This is a BEAUTIFUL CONDO, and we enjoyed the stay.

As a point of clarification, there isn’t a parking fee at the resort, but there is a resort fee to cover the expenses of the resort amenities such as the Ocean Club, the Fitness Hale, pool towel service, etc.. Cool Place Love Waikoloa

Property was nice but a bit confusing at first. Great pool, nice grounds, wide array of flowers, nice condo with well stocked items thank you. Kids enjoyed it very much, bathroom 2 needs a new shower, kids ended up in master shower every day. Love Hawaii.
