We had a local contractor investigate the crawl space more thoroughly to identify the root cause and rectify it accordingly. Your comfort is our utmost priority, and we're committed to creating a delightful experience for all our guests. -Regarding the jets in the tub, we'd like to clarify that the electrical aspect of the jets has been nonfunctional for a while now. This is precisely why we placed a plate over the timer. It's important to note that the tub is not advertised as having jets for this reason. We appreciate your understanding and your patience in this regard. -With regard to the TV on the back patio, we apologize for any inconvenience you might have faced. We did provide detailed instructions on how to operate it, as it relies on Direct TV's hopper technology.
