Hi Marge, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - We were perplexed by your comment about a "primitive dirt driveway", we assure you the driveway is gravel as reflected in our listing photos. - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, after reviewing the communication between our Guest Contact and yourself, we realized that there was a typo in the house number. We will ensure to double-check the information moving forward before it is sent out to our guests to ensure future guests do not share the same experience. In regard to the house number, there is a large sign posted on the fence, but we're sorry if you had difficulty locating it. We will look into this and see if we can make changes to ensure it is more visible. - In regard to the thermostats, both are nest thermostats and as soon as you reported your concerns, we promptly responded and adjusted them to meet your needs. We received no further reports and assumed the issue was resolved. - We were perplexed by your comment about not receiving communication and my unannounced arrival. I had called you prior to going to the property to further assist you. During my visit, I showed you how to use the Keurig and made you coffee while discussing the Nest thermostats. It was never my intention to intrude and apologize if this caused you any inconvenience. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
