City of Winnipeg bylaw only allows 4 adults max in this unit.if you exceed the number of adults allowed you will be evicted. Gorgeous corner unit overlooking the city from the 16th floor. Two king-size beds will make this the perfect stay. Modern furniture, industrial building in the heart of downtown. Across from the Winnipeg Jets and concert. Kitchen has everything you need, laundry is included and Wi-Fi. Amazing view a must stay. This building does not allow any extra guests. The City bylaw needs to be followed, which is maximum of 4 adults in this unit failure to adhere to this rule rollover result in eviction early check-in is available on a first come first serve basis 12 PM check-in is $75, 1 PM. Check-in is $60 and 2 PM check-in is $50. If you ask on the same day there is an extra $10 charge. We also offer a late check out based on first come first served 1 PM checkout is $35, 2 PM. Checkout is $50 and it’s only based on availability Ideas required in order to book. Please send a screenshot of your ID through the chat. Once you have booked no entrance will be allowed until we receive the screenshot of the ID. We do not allow cats at all. Do not even ask we have zero tolerance for parties, reckless behavior, disturbing the neighbours and mistreatment of Security. If any of the above are done, we will evict and there is no refund people live in this building. You need to respect the neighbours and keep the noise to a respectable level. The views were extraordinary. The lounge room was comfortable after a long day exploring the sights. The bedroom (1 of 2) was also very well appointed, although a little difficult to navigate getting to the bathroom with the large bed. The kitchen had everything we needed although we tended to eat out more than cook for ourselves. Parking was also in a secure area so we had no problem leaving the car and walking to the elevator to get to the apartment. Overall the apartment is highly recommended.

Most troubling-On suite vent cover all gunked and moldy.Found coffee cup in cupboard with food stuck to it and penicillan growing in the bottom.Found cigarette butts on pseudo garden on balcony.Less troubling- on suite mirror lights did not come on. Main bathroom also appeared to have lights not workingWent to use dryer and found lint filter plugged full of lint - not sure dryer would have worked as wellReceived only one fob for use on main door which was a bit difficult as partner was in meetings and rest of us on tours with conflict connect times for all to get in.

place was absolutely amazing—great location, and such a fantastic space. We truly enjoyed our time there.We will definitely be booking when we return to Winnipeg.

This property was in a great location for the activities we had planned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered beautiful views that we really enjoyed.There were a few areas that could be improved. The parking and security gate instructions weren't very clear, making check-in a bit confusing. The overall property could also use some additional maintenance, although that appears to be an issue with the building and the hosts cleaning and maintenance people of this unit.One thing to note is that there are no blackout curtains. During the summer months, the surrounding buildings' lights and the early sunrise make the unit quite bright throughout the night and early morning, so light sleepers or those hoping to sleep in may want to plan accordingly.Also you are not allowed to have guests come visit. so if in town to see people, make sure you have a place to go they are very strict about that. We are all 60 non drinkers, would have loved to invite 2 of our also elderly friends over for coffee, as we were closer to our place, but not allowed.

Poor communication with the host and he is not friendly in any way. Advised me to message him twice if I don’t get a response which I had to do more than once. Condo is not luxurious for n my opinion . Half of the lightbulbs are burnt out, glasses and cutlery were dirty and needed to be rewashed, no top sheets on beds and throw pillows need to be washed. One of the bedroom sliding doors is off the rail so cannot be closed and knob on one of the showers is broken. You have to really pull on it to get a it to work. When I asked about it he advised it had been broken for a few years. They provided 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults for a 7 night stay. Cleaner looked very annoyed with us as we had paid for a late check out even tho we left on time. The condo does have nice views and a small balcony with two chairs. There is also a rooftop deck you can use. You need a fob to enter the building and they only provide one so if you are staying with someone else you need to plan accordingly so you can access the condo. The parkade next door is 23 a day. It is in a good location if you are going to a Jets game or concert but wouldn’t stay more than a night or two.

I’m just going through my messages and all of your messages where depended to. The door has been put back on the rails. I offered to send someone to do it but you declined. There was no mention of light bulbs burnt out otherwise the cleaners would have come to change them. As you can see from the windows the cleaners don’t need to turn on lights so it’s possible they don’t notice but they are in the building every single day and they could have come changed it. The shower is not broken. It works fine we don’t leave never ending supplies in the unit as people take them all. Should you have needed something all you had to do was ask. The top sheets are not something we use however there are some in the tv stand with the extra bedding.

Super location

Great spot downtown if attending something at the Canada Life centre. Lots of restaurants close by. 16th floor was nice and quiet and has great views. Nice modern decor and comfy beds. Would definitely stay there again!

Overal this place has everything you need. We loved the roof top patio, the balcony for coffee in the morning and the comfy beds.

clean modern loft space

this property was clean, safe and secure. It had everything we need for our stay, clean towels, extra garbage bags sufficient dishes, coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer was a bonus!

Excellent downtown stay

Rental is as advertised. If you want to be close to the action for jets games or concerts, this is the one. Great for 2 couples staying, as there are 2 bathrooms to offer some extra privacy. Some general aaesthetic maintenance needed in the space but nothing affecting our stay.

Perfect location

This apartment was in a great location. Overall an awesome place to stay if you’re visiting Winnipeg. We could walk to our concert at Canada Life Center and many restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful views from the apartment. Bedrooms are a bit crammed but comfortable beds were great. Note- you can get a parking pass for the garage, ahead of time, which would save some money if we knew this ahead of time.

Fun place to stay for a different experience

The apartment was clean and the communication was great. Highly suggest the parking pass to make your life easier. Some of the neighborhood is not good but just be aware and don't travel alone. Fun experience to be so high up and have some great views.
